I was given a confirmed delivery date and time window, which required me to take time off work. Five minutes before delivery, I received a call informing me that the associate who sold me the appliances had set up the order incorrectly, making it impossible to complete the delivery as scheduled. I fully understand that mistakes happen; that part is not what frustrated me. The issue is the financial impact this oversight had on my family due to missed work--and the fact that I will now need to take additional time off when the remaining appliances finally arrive. I recognize that Warners' Stellian is a business with its own processes and interests, but there should be some level of financial accountability when an internal error creates a burden for the customer. As a result of this experience, I will be sharing my story with others so they can make informed decisions--just as Warners' Stellian protects their interests, customers deserve the same consideration. Everything else fine. Bought a fridge on a Friday. Was told could be delivered on Saturday. I set up delivery for Monday. But I called Saturday morning as I was now free from work and was told it would be delivered Saturday.. it never came. Ok cool that's fine, was originally scheduled for Monday anyways. Monday rolls around and at about 3pm I called them and was told their delivery guy never showed up and that it would be delivered. Then at about 6 pm I got a call saying they were an hour away from our house. Then it got worse. First thing the guy does it hit on my wife when she answers the door. Then as he's getting stuff ready he's constantly arguing with his partner making this whole situation even more awkward for my wife as she's home alone while I'm at work... they stop arguing for a bit and start getting the old fridge out of the basement.. scraping and chipping away at my walls as they do.. .**mind you I just put the old fridge in the basement with a buddy a few weeks prior, right before it stoped working (go figure right ) and not once hit my walls**.. the new fridge was brought and wasn't assembled (maybe they don't do that but NFM does) so I'll be putting handles on and all that. My wife was very uncomfortable with them in the house as they hit on her and constantly argued with each other. I finally got my fridge but at what cost? Scratched up walls, chipped ceilings, scratched up hand rails and a pile up trash in my garage. 10/10 would not recommend simply for the people they hire to delivery the product. Only time will tell how good the fridge is. Will be using NFM for the rest of my life. UPDATE: I have tried contacting them, like they asked on this review and have heard nothing back.

Very helpful staff, an amazing array of flowering plants, as well as succulents and indoor selections. Note that parking can be a challenge, but find a space and take in the peaceful atmosphere in the greenhouse. If you have the time, then check out the Koi pond in the far backspace of the perennial garden. Amazingly tranquil, these graceful carp seem to make everything OK.

This place has hundreds of beautiful plants for inside and outside. Trees, bushes, everything you can think of and they have seems like a couple of areas coffee bar and people can go in there and socialize or work on their laptops. So very relaxing feeling all over there. Myself, I find it impossible to go there without buying a plant or something. I bought this pretty little house plant today!
