They did not have on display what we needed to replace our current oven. The salesperson was helpful and pulled up online an oven that would have probably worked--to the tune of over $2300. Next was to have their person come to our house to pre-measure. They wanted me to pay the entire amount before the pre-measure was scheduled--which I refused since I wasn't going to pay for something if it wouldn't fit properly. Also, the oven I wanted was out-of-stock with Whirlpool and nobody had any idea of when one could expect delivery. If the measurements all worked out, I agreed to pay half upfront to get it ordered. Their associate showed up for the pre-measure on a Friday afternoon and after running some compilations, said he would have to get back with us that following Monday. We said that would be fine. That was the last I heard from anybody at Ferguson--neither from that guy or from the salesperson who originally emailed me a formal quote. Not even a courteous follow-up on the project. That's been over a week ago. I guess they don't need our business--I was wanting to buy local--but their customer service is terrible. I'm done with them and since I never heard back from them, went to NFM, spoke with the most knowledgeable salesman, found the perfect oven, and saved probably @ $800 in total. Delivery is already scheduled. The ratings on Yelp for this business were somewhat to be desired but I thought I'd give them the benefit of doubt. Now I know why and I'm adding my own one-star rating.

Everything else fine. Bought a fridge on a Friday. Was told could be delivered on Saturday. I set up delivery for Monday. But I called Saturday morning as I was now free from work and was told it would be delivered Saturday.. it never came. Ok cool that's fine, was originally scheduled for Monday anyways. Monday rolls around and at about 3pm I called them and was told their delivery guy never showed up and that it would be delivered. Then at about 6 pm I got a call saying they were an hour away from our house. Then it got worse. First thing the guy does it hit on my wife when she answers the door. Then as he's getting stuff ready he's constantly arguing with his partner making this whole situation even more awkward for my wife as she's home alone while I'm at work... they stop arguing for a bit and start getting the old fridge out of the basement.. scraping and chipping away at my walls as they do.. .**mind you I just put the old fridge in the basement with a buddy a few weeks prior, right before it stoped working (go figure right ) and not once hit my walls**.. the new fridge was brought and wasn't assembled (maybe they don't do that but NFM does) so I'll be putting handles on and all that. My wife was very uncomfortable with them in the house as they hit on her and constantly argued with each other. I finally got my fridge but at what cost? Scratched up walls, chipped ceilings, scratched up hand rails and a pile up trash in my garage. 10/10 would not recommend simply for the people they hire to delivery the product. Only time will tell how good the fridge is. Will be using NFM for the rest of my life. UPDATE: I have tried contacting them, like they asked on this review and have heard nothing back.

Lexington's Factory Warranty: Lexington Home Brands covers case goods." After (3) years of purchasing this item, there's evidence of structural cracking on the metal top and then chipping started within months after. I was informed on Thursday, August 27, 2026, per phone call by Manager Danni from NFM, that "the structural cracking and chipping" of this expensive cocktail table ($3,637.14 USD Sale price$2,546.00 USD) was normal wear and tear on this item. Lexington Home Brands' response to me, "After several years of ownership, this type of damage would not normally be expected under proper use and care. The photographs provided appear to show damage that may be consistent with an external factor rather than a manufacturing defect. For example, the use of cleaning chemicals or harsh household products on the tabletop, an impact from something hard being dropped on the surface, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight could potentially contribute to this type of damage." I've only used a soft cloth to dust this Cocktail Table, there are more than 12 areas on this Cocktail Table that have structural crackling (no impact from something hard) and Cocktail Table is located in a room within 15' from both windows (covered porches). Definitely no direct sunlight. I've yet to have anyone to accept responsibility for the LEXFU-714-945 Cocktail Table-Cream which I purchased to be defective merchandise and I should be compensated.
