We picked everything she needed in about an hour, and they delivered it to her office in the Loop a couple days later. Everything is higher quality than what you'll find at Staples, and usually for a similar price (when you factor in the discount--see next paragraph). If you go on the first Saturday of the month before 2 PM, everything is 30% off and delivery is free. The staff was very helpful. Can't imagine having a better experience!

Two weeks later it arrived and the delivery people were very accommodating and careful. They placed the chair where I wanted it, put it together and ran a check to make sure it was working properly. My partner had a chair from here that was a significant help to him because of some medical issues. That is in large part the reason why I bought the chair for him as a gift. There was an issue with which the staff member/owner/whatever he is helped in a quick and efficient manner, which was much appreciated. However, the chair has been having issues for some time; the manufacturer had not provided the customer service that would be expected for especially such a large purchase. So we started working with the store instead in hopes to get some assistance as the chair continue to break down and becoming more and more unstable. But after almost a week after having sent requested information to the store about the issues, there had been no response or communication. I called to get an update and was told that a ticket had been submitted two days earlier with the manufacturer. This was never mentioned via response email or anything, and we never would have known this had I not contacted to find out what the radio silence was about. The products that are sold here are generally sold to people who need them for a reason. Most people--like me--are not purchasing a lift chair as an amusement (there are a lot more fashionable and less expensive chairs that I could purchase). So it's really disappointing that the store and what may be biggest manufacturer don't really seem to have the sense of urgency that or customer service prowess that one would expect when helping the specific population that they have set out a shingle to serve, and for the expense of their products.

Service: They always tell you they have the part....you drive there and viola! The part is gone. I have bought and received refunds (three days after requesting a refund) for four parts they did not have in stock this past year. I maintain three vehicles and buy my used auto parts from a recycler in Michigan for 1/2 the cost (including shipping!) and 3 times the warranty! Don't believe me?
