They USED TO have a full crew of hard-working people that greeted you at the end of the FULL SERVICE wash and directed you to a covered spot where they took great detail to hand dry. NOT ANY MORE. Their website says they close at 8:00pm every day. They closed today at 7:15pm earlier then it says they do. They came up to us and said they were closing, turned off all the lights, shit off the vacuums, stared at us then drove away in their cars. Just rude, careless people. And the guys slammed up against my bumper and doors several times trying to scrub it before it went through the actual car wash. I'll never come back here again read more

This used to be my favorite car wash, how sad. After the new ownership the price increased by a couple dollars, they removed the tents that were over the vacuum area that allowed for shade as you were cleaning your car, they move things around to where you can no longer just leave after you're done, you have to pull back out and things are just much more congested. I will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere. read more

And told me if I called corporate about a free car wash they would laugh at me. Then demanded I leave and was calling police as I left since a 70 year old woman is such a threat to him. Do not go to this place as the manager is not very professional. As you can clearly see all you have to do is show if with review. He said they don't offer this even though it is on their website. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years. Today I came in for a quick "basic" wash and as I was drying my vehicle I noticed it was still really dirty. Not once in my 5 years of coming here has the wash left my vehicle dirty. I asked one of the employees that was working if I could run it through one more time. He walked over, checked out my vehicle then said he would have to ask his manager. Came back and explained that the manager wouldn't allow me to run it through for another wash since I had only paid for a "basic" wash. So I drove up the street to the NEW Marvel Car Wash and let's just say they gained a new customer. Apro, it was a nice run but I'm thinking you guys need new equipment for a better wash and new management to keep the customers you have happy. read more

I got the full detail and it's not good at all. Even the car wash is mediocre it left my car full of soap residue. I would rather go to the other guys and hand then $30. I paid 25 plus gave them tip. They did not do good at all on the armour all. It's a joke. There's smudge marks everywhere. I had to clean the interior of my car myself. read more

Took my car in today for a wash and left with three gashes down to the metal on my hood. They pulled video of when I went into the wash and there was no damage. I was then told that they are 100% positive the damage was not cause by their wash. read more

Can't recommend them any longer. The younger guys that work there are fantastic, great attitude and they do a fantastic pre-wash. I used to go 2x/week and paid for the monthly wash package, but lately I've noticed that my car is coming out with oil or grease spray on it. I assume one of their machines may be leaking. However, I will be canceling my membership and not returning. My last visit resulted in a fresh scratch down the entire driver-side of my car. The older employee that came over to check it essentially called me a liar to my face - as if I wouldn't notice a brand new car-length deep scratch. I can't recommend a carwash that scratches your car. read more

I took my brand new 2018 F-150 to this carwash on April 28th, 2018 to get a simple wash and vacuum. I pulled up the the kiosk to select my wash and pay and ended up paying for the "Super Wash" which costed a total of $9.00. I pulled up to the tunnel entrance and they guided me on the tracks and then a gentleman on the passenger side of my truck tried to take the antenna off with his hands but could not, so he goes an adjustable wrench, and he used it in a downward motion to remove the antenna and then did not say anything but the 100% knew what he did and just did not care. I went through the wash and came back out and pulled around the the vacuums and immediately went to look at the paint by the antenna and just as expected with the wrench he had scratched the heck out of my truck paint. I went to the office and no one was there so I called one of the workers over and showed him the incident and damage and he just said "This has never happened before, and we have never had any damage of any sort" I told him and informed him that I managed a carwash for 3 years and regardless weather things are done purposefully or accidently, things happen all the time especially at carwashes. But he was very stubborn to never admit to their wash having any incidents. He would not agree to fix the damage they had just done. He just said he would give me 1 free carwash. But why would I come back if they damaged it the first time. Between that April 28th, 2018 day and today May 29th, 2018 I have called their office over 30 times and never spoken to anyone and left tons and tons of voicemail messages. On their website it says they have another location in Lewisville. I called their office and the manager there got very defensive immediately and said the owner would call me back. I never got any calls back and had to call back 6 times. Still never getting owner I only got same manager and he said they won't help. This was will not take responsibility for what they did, and this is the worst service ever and very immoral. They will be hearing from my lawyer shortly to proceed with this matter. read more

Tried to use my monthly membership ($20/mon) for a wash & they said they won't honor memberships from previous owner which was Apro. I can't find any contact information for the previous owner to even try to cancel my membership because they're still charging me for services I can't even use! I'm reporting to my credit card company & probably the police. read more

Paid for the highest level and got MAYBE 80% clean. Had to go from this car wash to a self wash to finish doors and side. How it missed that on a flat sided Jeep is baffling. read more

Convenient and cheap. Their lowest wash is $5. The only downside is they don't hand dry here but you can pull into one of the many free vacuum bays and use one of the free towels to get the remaining drops yourself. The line is self serve (ATM style) so there's a chance you might get stuck behind someone who's been living under a rock and doesn't know how to use a touch screen. Luckily, though, there's two lanes so you can back up and switch lanes. read more

So pissed right now. The dryer equipment hit my right mirror causing it to push it inwards. Next thing I checked the mirror, and pushed it outward, I come to find out it broke a piece of the plastic on where the side mirror is at. If you drive any kind of truck, I do not recommend this place of low quality. read more

Never go here. I normally take my jeep to a place in mckinney and they do awsome. I figured i would stop here real quick and came out 1 less mirror. They say it was already broke before i came in.
