The grill was enclosed in an outdoor kitchen with slate surrounding it. We were worried the slate would be ruined, and cannot be matched due to its age. Mike conceived a great work around that supported the weight of the grill and surrounding kitchen. He has been wonderful to work with. He is on time, does a great job, cleans up and communicates constantly. If he was 15 minutes late, we received a text. I will post photos soon. We definitely will use Mike again for any home repairs. Edward the tech was very knowledgeable, and easy going to talk to. Edward did everything he could to solve our problem, including going through our sewer pipe. He quoted us $1,400 . A lot of Money for us and said the owner would be in touch with us to go over the estimate, that was 8 days ago. I've tried call the company and the voicemail box is full. The camera that determined we needed $1,400 could not go past one part in our sewer line. It was determined the pipe might be collapsed. Something much more dire than a root going through. But again, Edward said the owner would be in touch to go over this. Since I never heard back from the owner, we got a second opinion. The second opinion determined this wasn't a collapsed pipe, no blockage. The difference I could see is the camera Lateral used. The other company's camera was better suited for the sewer pipe. We really really liked Edward! However I would NOT recommend the company based on the non interactions with the owner

We brought a new fridge and it was tripping the plug. He was the only that suggested that we replace all the outlets in the home first and see if that could be the issue. Plugs and GFCI's we over 15-20 years old. He let me know if that wasn't the issue he would run a dedicated 20amp break for the fridge. He sent over a quote for the repair for replacing outlets and running a dedicated outlet for fridge. Few hours later he let me know that the price would actually go down by a few hundred due to material being cheaper When me and my wife thought more about it, the kitchen had been remodeled and where the original fridge was it did have a dedicated circuit. But the homeowners we bought it from moved the fridge location & tied it into a GFCI circuit line after the remodel. We did eventually repaired the outlets and now the fridge works fine with the help of a friend. I will have there number on speed dial if I need any work done to my home and recommend them to anyone.

We had EP (Blake) come out to our home for plumbing issues. At first, we were please because we…read morewere told issue was corrected and had a warranty. Blake pulled up flooring, dug out cement and dirt. He power blasted our lines, said everything is working and good to go. Also stated we had a warranty for a few years and the warranty would be emailed to us. Well, exactly a month later, the same issue was back. We called, text, emailed Blake and never heard back from him (now 2 months). We called another plumber to snake our lines. While the new plumber was here, he asked if we had a copy of the previous plumber (Blake) camera video that checked the lines prior to the dig. We knew nothing about a camera going through the side of the house with issues. We paid for the new plumber to camera the lines. He found and showed us 2 " bellies" in our backyard where the plumbing lead to our septic. The water/waste sit in the bellies and causes the backup. We are now out over $8,000. We have filed a lawsuit against Executive Plumbing/ Blake Grambusch. Not only did it back up, it came up in our backyard. This has been a nightmare
