I had a major leak from a cracked mainline under my mobile home that was discovered by a technician who was installing a new HVAC system at my house. I found this business on Yelp because of their excellent reviews and they came out the same day to fix the leak. Alfonso, the technician who came to fix the leak said my plumbing pipes had been recalled several years ago because the lines failed and were substandard and not worth fixing. He did a temporary fix on the leak but couldn't guarantee it wouldn't fail. He said my plumbing needed to be completely replaced and called his boss to get pricing. They gave me their best discount and I accepted the price. It was a shock to me to find I had to replace everything but there was no other option and I made an appointment for Monday. I want to commend Alfonso and his partner Benny for their kindness towards me. Alfonso even helped my park maintenance man install a new meter because mine was cracked and leaking gas! Alfonso went above and beyond for helping me with my emergency situations! I also want to commend the workers who are installing my new plumbing and water heater, JT and Eddy. They are excellent and efficient and sensitive to a senior citizen's needs and are very kind as well. I highly recommend this business and their wonderful staff! read more

This was literally my first time hiring a plumbing company - and I am a naturally suspicious person, especially when I don't know about something (which is pretty much every topic). This normally that would be a recipe for disaster... but it wasn't! At the very outset when I called Premier afer finding them on Yelp, I was grateful for the prompt but friendly response. From the nice gentleman who made me a same day appointment, to the exceedingly patient and helpful Alfonso (not sure about last name) who came and diagnosed the problem - and being willing to explain it as he went, to the great guys that fixed the problem - Mr. Omar and Mr. Francisco, all of it was stellar. I say this in spite of the fact that a job like this (with sewer line issues) is expensive! I cannot compare prices but based on conversations with my neighbors and several friends with similar work - the price was outstanding! Obviously plumbing is not my strong suit - so feel free to judge my perception of things with that in mind, but the work that was done appeared EXTREMELY professional, and all the participants (with the exception of my two children) were fantastic. This was a difficult job in the middle of the summer heat and not only did they gentlemen NOT complain, they were friendly, polite, and hardworking. BEWARE!! MAJOR PRICE HIKE!!!! Ended up scheduling them to come out again 02/06/2026. Technician came out and told me they have a new accounting system is place so the exact job they did 5 months ago for $250 now costs $389. Hard to justify that much of a price hike to what was a loyal customer. Save yourself time and schedule another company who doesn't gouge customers. Aren't gas prices cheaper now? Apparently major accounting costs get passed directly to customers. 55.6% increase in 5 months. That is crazy! read more

They could go out of business. We had an emergency issue with water accumulated under our house. Our regular plumber was unavailable so I called two other plumbers to get an idea of when they could come look at it and how much it would cost to fix the problem. Both companies sent a representative out that day. The young man from Premier who came to our house estimated that the cost to drain the water under our house via a new drainage system and install a new sump pump would be about $8k. Then he suggested that while the workers were under the house they should replace the pipes because they "might" leak Granted, our house was built in 1961, but an ADDITIONAL $16k was a little over the top. He promised to email me a written proposal, but I never heard from him. The second plumber to come look at the problem didn't even have to go under the house. He simply reached down through the crawl hole and plugged in the EXISTING sump pump. Ten minutes later all the water was pumped out through the EXISTING drain. Problem solved. I wasn't worried about our sewer pipes breaking since our very trusted plumber (Daniel's Plumbing) had inspected the pipes previously and found no issues. Their salesman, although very congenial, obviously assumed that because I am an older female he could sell me over-priced, unnecessary work. Since the salesman showed me a colorful, laminated presentation complete with the $16k "estimate ", I would guess that this is the company's regular practice. read more

Boy we had a problem Sunday morning, called and spoke with Alfonso. Boom he is there quickly, identified the broken pipe in the wall and tried his hardest to get it fixed by the end on the day. Sadly, the plumbing used is obsolete now so he could not find the parts to fix it by evening. He communicated very well with me since I was not on site and we came up with a plan. Adrian came out to check on a leak that had caused a puddle of water in front of the toilet. He was very thorough in terms of investigating the source of the water (which was not leaking at the time, but had caused a puddle twice in one week). He explained to me each step he was taking in the process of his investigation, and why. We eventually went outside to check that the water meter was working (it was) and whether it was registering that there was a leak (it wasn't). He probably spent an hour doing this careful detective work, and developed a very likely scenario--that it was a roof leak. He said if the puddle reappeared he would come out again and check it , no additional charge. He was professional and courteous. I would hire him again. read more

On Monday of this week, my wife and I discovered we had a back-up drain. At first we did not know who to call, but decided on Rotor-Rooter. Best decision we made. They came out immediately and began work to see what the problem was. I truly believe the work would take anywhere from one to two weeks to complete because our entire sewage system needed to be replaced; mainly because our home was built after World War Two. Mr. Mirwais Zada and Mr J.D. Travis completed this project in just three days! These two men made the experience truly pain free. It did not disrupt our normal daily routine one bit. Well, maybe a tiny bit, but considering that I thought we would have to spend time in a motel/hotel waiting for the work to be done, this tiny, tiny inconvenience was nothing. I hired Premier because of the great reviews. I needed to have the 2 connecting bathroom sewer lines and a very old toilet replaced. They also replaced the wax ring on our gues bathroom because of some leaking. They worked under our house for hours, and it is a very tight space. My sewer lines were buried but Kon unburied them so they could work on it. Francisco and Kon are extremely professional, funny and hard workers. Wow...we received wonderful Service from this company! Adrian helped us with a major water leak near the street on our property. The local irrigation district, EID, responded first and told us the leak was on our side of the system, and our responsibility to fix and pay for the wasted water. We called Premier, and they showed up within a couple hours. Adrian inspected the situation, and discovered the leak was on EID's side of the water system after all!! Adrian followed up with EID and explained the situation, EID was back quickly to six the problem. Premier only charged us a minimal fee for the service call. I hired Premier Rooter because I know they do great work, my two bathrooms share a pipe, and they would both clog up so my husband and I would have to plunge every time we bathed. I spoke with Nate Wallace, and he scheduled an appointment . He said in the meantime, use Green Gobbler. His guys Konstatin and Eduardo came out and went under my house, replaced some pipes that were disgusting and clogged, and they even separated them. I definitely felt very confident with their work. They were under the house for some time, and they got the job done. I am so happy that I get to soak in my tub tonight. I highly recommend Premier, and I won't hire anyone else.
