I really needed my dryer vent cleaned - the dryer was taking two full cycles to dry a load of laundry, so I called Lowe's and they fit me in the very next afternoon. They sent Alex to my house, and he was right on time. Friendly, informative, Alex got right down to business cleaning my very clogged vent. He also showed me pictures of the inside of the duct connecting the vent to the outside of my house, and he speculated that the last company to "clean" the vent broke the duct (he showed me the defect before he began the task of cleaning the vent/duct. I could hear the huge amounts of debris being sucked into Alex's shopvac.
