Never happened. Multiple emails, texts, calls, no response. I brought this issue to BBB and they were not able to get a response. I then brought the issue to the DC Office of the Attorney General in which I requested a refund of my 50% deposit. They too could not make contact with the owner. I am know consulting with a lawyer to see if legal action makes sense.
