We appeared to be the only patients at the time so service was quick. When I initially pulled in the parking lot I thought they were closed. It's pretty dark from the outside looking in. So glad they weren't, to avoid any delay in care.. Nonetheless, staff at the front desk immediately greeted us and inquired about what brought us in. I appreciate the registration form being very short! The wait was brief. Our first nurse came out to welcome us back to the care area. He listened, educated and provided good care. The doctor was professional, attentive and made my daughter feel safe during exam. Unfortunately, the second nurse that came rushing in didn't even introduce herself. Her back was turned to us as she gathered supplies, so while she did that I asked how she was doing? I looked at her badge when she turned around and made conversation before she was to provide any care for my child. The nurse's bedside manner then got a little better. Not much. I appreciate her informing us of the wait time with the plan of care though. Overall, I received good care during the visit.

NOTHING about my visit justified these excessive charges. I have disputed them and no response. The services I received DID NOT match the severity level they billed me for and tests were performed without consent including a excessive $684 pregnancy test. Multiple CT scans done without informing me. These are predatory billing practices. I do not recommend this predatory billing emergency center.

I called them on Tuesday evening at 3:30 and asked them what time they closed and stopped accepting walk ins, the woman on the phone told me that they close at 5 and that would still accept me if I come before then. I arrived at 4:00 and the girl in the medium length light brown hair said that I can not be seen by the doctor even when I told her someone said I could. After a few moments of arguing back and fourth she told me "Can you wait? It's about a 2 hour wait." I then signed in and waited. But really who really has two hours to wait? Now I'm here again the next day (today) writing a review at 4:05 when my appointment is at 3:30. I asked an employee if she has an estimated wait time and she said no and told me that there was two patients ahead of me.. Okay. And now there are two separate families that came in and both said their appointment was at 4. I'm so confused about their system.. You guys double book your patients? When I arrived for my appointment there was a wait. Did the staff intended to book 5 patients for 3:30 or were the people walk ins and they just place them before me? Needless to say I am highly disappointed about this place. The reason why I'm still coming is because of doctor Huy Le. He is good at his job and cares about his patients. Just a note: This place is no longer called CHU BA HOC but it is now called TLC clinic. And their exams used to be $25 dollars for non insurance patients now it is $45.. He always takes plenty of time to discuss any issues and follows up promptly when test results arrive. I am so glad we found this clinic because our previous doctor moved and it is hard to find a new doctor that is trustworthy and cares. The clinic is new and very clean and I have always been seen within a few minutes after check in. I also like that they are open until 7 during the week because I like to go after 4 and my husband likes to go on Saturday since they are open until 1. We are glad he opened his practice near by. We have a great doctor with a wonderful bedside manner that is in the area. This works well for our lives and schedules. PS - I need to add that they do labs on site, or if you have to go, like I did once, I went to Labcorp with the form they gave me. I love one stop shopping for healthcare.
