I had come totally unprepared and had to actually call my insurance provider to get the information. Silly me thought I had the card with me. Nope. lol. The physicians assistant I saw was very nice and helpful. His name was Charles Glass and he was extremely thorough and understanding with me. I was a bit embarrassed to disrobe but he made me feel comfortable. He looked at all my bumps and itch spots and prescribed an appropriate treatment. He had a spot on diagnosis and after my first dose, I started to feel better. PA Glass was able to answer all my questions and he made me feel much better about my situation. I appreciated his bedside manner a great deal. This office is bright and cheery. It is a spacious office lengthwise but not very deep. All the rooms and offices are in a straight line and easy to navigate. This building was easy to access and there was plenty of parking. Finding this building and office is another matter. It is part of a campus, of sorts. I had to really read signs in order to find where I needed to go. The signs, unfortunately, are sparse. Once you get into the building, it is another challenge to find KMC Dermatologists office. This building has office spaces and long Shining-like corridors everywhere. I actually had to stop and ask directions at one point. Once I was there, though, it was all good. Highly recommended staff!

He put her at ease immediately-- letting her pick a show to watch, giving her a stuffed animal to hold -- using plenty of numbing creams and carefully explaining what he would do!!! People are shocked when she shows them her stitches and tells them how brave she was. She'll tell them it didnt hurt! She'll repeat his phrases, "You'll feel a little bubble that feels like a pinch -- and then it didn't hurt any more." As a parent, I appreciate the extra steps he took to gain her cooperation! From a clinical perspective -- he is one of the best and cares about long-terms aesthetics rather than only providing a quick-fix.

I could not be more impressed by his knowledge and sincere care for his patients. I also found the staff to be very friendly, caring, and fun. My teeth were overall quite clean, but I was told there was some kind of jawbone issue and I should come in for more cleaning appointments to make sure it doesn't get worse. I also got a sales pitch for Philips electric toothbrushes again. I'm told the office doesn't sell them, but I suspect they may have some kind of partnership with the brand. Also someone else told me her dentist recommended against the Sonicare brushes because they were too aggressive. I'm also not a fan of the ultrasonic tooth cleaning/scaling tool used here. It feels more aggressive than manual cleaning and often will cause pain as it runs into my gums. As to the bone issue, I would need all the historic X-Rays, but it's possible that my teeth just came in a little differently than most peoples'. The hygienist and doctor both had no real explanation as to the cause because everything looked clean and healthy. They just suggested to come in more frequently for cleanings.

Every visit she PROMISED.... The 1st set was a mess. The 2nd set looked very nice. However... after over a year I cannot wear them. They wear a sore inside my lower lip. They bite the inside of my cheek creating another sore. Yes, I had a couple visits after to file them. Before leaving they ask how they feel. They feel fine at the time of visit (so I think) But after wearing them a bit... They're back to rubbing sores and biting inside cheek. Im Unable to eat at all with them. The Dentist was getting irritated seeing me over it and it sure showed. It took me a year to pay them off. Paid by CC up front. It's taken me this long to write a review. I'm very frustrated. Terry should not make Promises to People that she has no control over. 4100.00 is NOT easy to come by. Now I have to pay AGAIN to get working dentures. I can't even go out to eat with my husband. I went in to have my crowns put on after having my root canal and he spotted a small cavity and offered to fix it and put in a filling, which was done all in one appointment. If you're looking for a dentist who goes the extra mile for their patients, I highly recommend him.
