    Them showing price of $99

Updated response to owner: This response is exactly why we posted our experience. At no point during the visit were we told there were rat droppings in the ducts. At no point were we told the technician had to leave because of "health reasons" or "cleanliness issues." At no point did we ask this company to remove roaches, perform pest control, or clean up an infestation. At no point did we threaten a bad review if they didn't. These claims only appeared after we left a negative review. The reality is simple: we hired an HVAC company for routine AC maintenance. We later questioned whether some of the work we were told was completed had actually been completed. We also questioned the advertised pricing and the advertised money-back guarantee. Instead of addressing those concerns, the owner has repeatedly tried to portray us as living in a filthy, pest-infested home and has continued adding new allegations that were never mentioned during the service visit. If the system truly contained rat droppings, a severe infestation, or conditions serious enough to create a health hazard for the technician, why wasn't any of that documented, photographed, discussed with us, or included in the service report at the time? The more the story changes, the more questions it raises. We've provided photos, screenshots, emails, and documentation. People can review the evidence and decide for themselves. Original: We scheduled an AC maintenance service after seeing the company's advertised $99 promotion. The appointment was booked at the promotional rate, but when the technician arrived, we were told the price was actually higher. After the service was completed, we were told the system looked great and that maintenance items, including cleaning the drain pan, had been completed. However, the AC didn't seem any different afterward, so I inspected the unit myself. The drain pan still contained debris and a dead roach. To be clear, our issue was never that there was a roach. This is Florida. Roaches happen. We never expected an HVAC company to provide pest control services. The reason the roach was mentioned is because it was still sitting in the exact area we were told had been cleaned. It raised a reasonable question: if that area wasn't cleaned, what other maintenance items may not have been completed as represented? [[HIGHLIGHT]]When my wife politely called to ask about the work that had been performed, instead of addressing the concern or offering to inspect the issue, we were told our account had been marked "do not service."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The company also publicly advertises a 100% money-back guarantee. Because we were dissatisfied with the service and had concerns about the work performed, we requested a refund. That request was denied. The owner's response focuses entirely on claiming the AC was "infested with cockroaches." Even if that were true, it doesn't address any of the actual concerns: * Why was a $99 promotion not honored? * Why was a money-back guarantee not honored? * [[HIGHLIGHT]]Why was a customer labeled "do not service" for asking questions?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] * Why did the condition of the drain pan appear inconsistent with the work we were told had been completed? People can review the screenshots, photos, and documentation for themselves and come to their own conclusions. We are simply sharing our experience so others can make an informed decision. They are going to respond that my unit was "infested" , I can assure you it was not and you can see the pictures yourself it was one bug.

Couldn't get a tech out in the evening even though advertised as 24 hour. Understandable though. The next day I have an "after hours" visit at 5:00 to have a tech come check out my HVAC unit. I'm told there is a freon leak in the coils and I need freon added. $400 later for two pounds of freon...that's fine. I expected to pay a decent amount for after hours. I ask for a quote for a new unit to get the ball rolling and rid myself of the headache that has been my old unit. The quote comes rolling in...about 2 grand more than any other estimate I've gotten from numerous other qualified and reputable companies. $5200 for a basic 14 SEER rated unit for a small town home. Unbelievable. I've had other quotes for $4200, 3750, and $3200. Amazing the differences across the board. When I emailed Damien to discuss the rationale for the high number I was given a dismissive response. No explanation or counter offer. Stupid me for trying to give them a second chance. Really disappointed in their lack of professionalism. I find it disappointing when rumors of shadiness hold true.

Unfortunately, either Bob did not understand how to install the new parts / wasn't sure if had everything he need to fix it (though the order was filled by FAHW). After asking what the specific part issues were (right parts, complete parts, etc.) so I could help.... Bob verbalized he did want to sit on hold with tech support, had other clients that had no A/C issues for a longer period of time and offered to dump the parts on my driveway, before he hung up on me. So we are in week three and I am having to hire a third party to verify his work.

The only reason I used them is because First American Home Warranty (just as terrible) used them as one of their companies under warranty. These people came to "fix" my AC at a unit I just purchased AND MADE IT WORSE. They literally just came and put THE WRONG TYPE OF COOLANT in my unit causing damage to the compressor. They did not check for leaks or anything and put "found no mechanical failures" on the report even though there were MULTIPLE found when I hired an outside company to check their work. Now my AC is totally shot and needs to be replaced...but they are on vacation while I am stuck living in a 91 degree home in FL in the middle of the summer, because they did not do their job. They came to fix the unit back in mid-JUNE and over a month later they STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE PROBLEM THEY MADE WORSE! When trying to resolve this issue with them they have been totally unresponsive and unprofessional. We have tried calling numerous times and the couple times we got through Christine was extremely rude. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"!!
