We found out in emergency he had cancer. He died 6 months later. Since my husband's insurance plan was an HMO we had to have each specialist visit approved by Dr. Sun. He rarely approved and when we went to his office to speak to him when my husband was barely walking he did not come out. He never checked on him during the entire six months. I would not recommend this doctor. He does not care about his patients and due to negligence, my husband had stage 4 cancer and had trouble getting the care he needed because Dr. Sun didn't take the time to be responsible and approve other providers in a timely basis. Also had multiple bad experiences with is office staff.

He uses a digital chart so he will type on a computer during your visit but he is very attentive to questions and concerns that you may have. The doctor or nurse practitioner - whatever she is - last name Weaver - came into the room and after I said hello she responded with "you have Covid" in a monotone voice. No warmth, compassion or kindness. She told me she was sending 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. Didn't tell me what they were or how to use them. Then she told me she would be sending me an email of something - I couldn't understand her mumbling under the mask, but I never received it. Didn't offer remedies to help me feel better. No discharge instructions. Nothing. As if I didn't feel bad enough - physically and emotionally about having Covid, this woman made me feel pretty shitty. I can't recommend this place anymore. They make you feel welcome which I think is nice as usually urgent care centers may come across a bit rude. They give me a steroids shot because my throat was so swollen and give me medications right away for my infection and prescribe me eye drops as well. So no. Not a good doctor at all.
