I'm home bound but can't live in my own home due to mold. And what make matters worse you can smell the mold overtime. They even sent a molly maid to scrub it who barely spoke English to avoid replacing the toilet. How is the other bathrooms toilet new but the master bedrooms toilet is ancient ancestry old. So many things I can go on about but it's not worth my time or sanity. I received an email on Monday after 6pm that said "Our scheduler will contact you 1st thing in the morning." I did not receive a call (or text or email) from anyone--even after I sent a polite follow-up email and another polite phone message. I am OK if they could not schedule right away, but they should respond with their true availability and communicate if that availability changes. I pray that he will find guidance to help him be accountable in his business.

She sent emails out to all her contacts on getting us estimates to fix items on our inspection, she had her stager contact us for an in home evaluation/idea/plan, and she even looked into a couple properties we had our eyes on. Whether we communicated via emails, phone calls, texts, day or night. Within a month of getting our to do's done our house was on the market (her stager came out with her before the professional pictures were taken - yes professional pictures) and when she listed our home it was actually higher than our original list price. How so? Christine made sure our improvements on the home were changes we would get back and didn't have us spend money on improvements that wouldn't be beneficial. The money we got from the selling of this home was going as a down payment on our forever home so that really meant a lot to us. The sale on our house moved along and before we knew it we were saying goodbye to our first home and moving forward to our forever home. She helped find our forever home and put just as much effort in selling our previous home as finding our new forever home. So whether you are looking to buy or sell or like us, do both, Christine is the right partner.
