Eric went through a very organized approach. he did smell the gas we were smelling. he looked for the obvious leaks. none found, he then took a lighter and found that there was gas in the burner channel, which indicated the valve was stuck open, only the second time in nine years he has found this problem, valves normally fail closed not open. he unstuck the valve, turned on and off the gas logs, it was now functioning as it should. asked him what we owed and HE SAID NOTHING, since they installed the gas logs (several years before we bought our home) they don't charge for this type of "warranty" service. what great customer service - Michael

He neither came nor called. Today, I tried to call him only to be informed that his telephone number is "temporarily disconnected". I have had to make two trips to the washateria in the meantime, and am going again today. This has cost another $30+. This has been my worst and most costly experience with appliance repair.

Chris came with the equipment, promised to get the work completed, and left. A team shows up, disconnects all water that morning and leaves promising to return on Wednesday. We have no water and they don't show up Wednesday. I call at 10:30 and my husband goes by there again, with a promise that a team will be there by noon. By 1:00 pm no show no call. I called, more excuses and a promise to back. Never happened and we still have no water. Please, save yourself. Don't use this company
