Dale and his team are amazing! The front office is professional and super personable. Dale knows his stuff and identified an issue with my well within 5 minutes. This company is awesome, first called them to find out why our water had stop flowing and explained that we need the water working and that we also have horses and they just don't understand no water, they where very helpful and really seamed to care a lot and when I called them even though they had been out to almost midnight ( oh and it was just before midnight when I called and got ahold of a real person) they worked us into their busy day and still arrived before noon! This is outstanding service! They ended having to pull the pump as there was a short on the old power supply line and while we had the pump out of the ground they of course replaced the power supply line and we had them put a new pump in and replaced the old galvanized couplings with stainless steel ones . These guys where here till about 7 pm I think and didn't leave until we had water! Very happy with their service and they explained everything we needed to know! Fantastic job! How the heck to wells know when to stop working on weekends or holidays? These guys were the ONLY well guys I could get to come out on a Saturday night after calling at 11PM. Dale came out and started troubleshooting and found my booster pump had died. Came back out Monday with a new pump and got it installed with no fuss. They are honest and reasonably priced and will be my go-to well company going forward. They are now on my list of honest businesses. I called two other "24/7 emergency service" businesses and neither felt compelled to get back with me after promising to do so. read more

I found these guys when my well broke and the company that I currently used for well and septic weren't willing to work with me on payment even know I had been a customer for a fairly long time. It was a blessing in disguise because the team is amazing. Their prices are quite competitive and they are in quite adept at their job. And a big bonuses they're wonderful people as well. They even came out on a Saturday night to fix a broken pipe and didn't charge me extra for a weekend or night hours. I want to pass on what a pleasure it was to do business with DK Drilling. We had the misfortune of having our submersible Well pump go out. We have owned our property since 1986 and have had quite a long history of problems with the well and have had several Service companies work on it at various times. This time we contacted DK Drilling for a quote on resolving the issue of our 400' well caving in at around 160' depth. I first spoke to Le Anne where she took the initial information and said she would have Stanley give me a call to set up a visit. After Stanley heard about all the history with our well it was determined that it would be best to drill a new well. Since we were soon to be out of water Stanley assisted me with all the required paper work necessary to register the well and the job was started. On the day drilling was commenced we were in and out of rain but they were able to complete drilling our new well. After the drilling we caught a break in the weather which allowed the ground to dry out enough for the drilling rig to pull out away from the new well. The new well was properly cased, sealed and the pump was installed and tested. All this work including plugging the old well was accomplished in a time span of a week. I wish to thank Le Anne, Stanley, John T. and Dale for an excellent and very professional job from the beginning to the end.
