This franchise came to look at it ... charged me for the house call (on a credit card that I didn't even know they had on file) .. then claimed they could not service it. They then told me I'd have to spend $3000 on a new unit! Meanwhile I discovered the broken part for sale online. Seriously Culligan? I remember when you were a great company and honored your lifetime warrantees. Apparently that Culligan is gone - or at least it is for this franchise. As a follow up I spoke on the phone to several people at this franchise and went up the chain of command - each person telling me their supervisor would call me back. No one ever called me back.
