I sent photos of my issues to Rick the manager. (My house is old from the 1930s and very tricky). Rick sent Daniel, a highly experienced pro plumber. I showed Daniel what needed to be done. New faucet for the kitchen and I also needed a new master valve for the water coming in to the house along with replacing some additional old valves in the basement. Daniel did an amazing job and even corrected the grounding for the wiring around the pipes. Once everything was done, he made sure there were NO leaks and that all components were working properly. Also, the cold water stopped working in my shower, making the shower unusable. In addition they fixed a few issues with our master bath shower head/handle and toilet. The company was really great, they sent me a bio and photo of the person who would be coming (which I appreciated for safety and professionalism), and the man who came was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He also had some great suggestions and input on the project and location in the house, in terms of what's best to save money and simplify all the moving parts--which I really appreciated.
