At some point the owner retired and his son in law (I believe) took over, and the difference was night and day. Costs that were so over the estimates, sloppy clean up and just generally poor service. After close to 40 years of using them (which didn't seem to matter to them at all) I switched plumbers and am glad i did. I would stay away from these guys- not honest or honorable any more. And twice as expensive to boot.

We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. We were charged $145 and hour + the price of supplies. It was worth every cent to know that everything was done properly this time around.
