However, recently the actual car wash has started to get worse. I'm having to clean my trunk door almost completely because the car wash is failing to do so. This isn't a one time thing but has happened the last several washes. My family also has a monthly subscription and my husband has also noticed the car wash failing to throughly wash the rear end of his vehicle. He has driven through the car wash multiple times in one day and the issue still persists. He's spoken to one of the workers but nothing has happened since. Also the rinse cycle doesn't remove all of the soap and the dryers barely dry the car. If you don't wipe your car down with the provided towels, then you'll have a lot of dried water/soap marks on your car. So overall, I recommend if you have a minivan or truck, spend your money elsewhere. Buy a car wash that'll clean your whole car.

Within 3 days of the charge I called the corporate number to dispute. The corporate number was only able to cancel the subscription I did not agree to sign up for. I was advised I needed to call the specific car wash facility where this occurred. I had to call multiple time to speak to someone. Each time I did get to a person the manager was not if office so there was nothing anyone could do. They also told me they would leave a note for the manager to call me, he never called. I have a 2016 Honda CRV, and I went thru this car wash, whatever pressure this place uses, pull my whole antenna housing off. This has never happened to me before, in speaking to the manager about this, he said " maybe it was worn and had too many washes" who says that! Then he says" we use a high pressure wash that really pulls the dirt off" not only the dirt, my whole antenna. I mentioned to be compensated for my broken antenna that their wash destroyed and you know when I have him a price, he just look at me, I purchased this CRV brand new. That was taken care of pretty quickly and the attendant actually gave us a little upgrade for our wait even though she says the scanner hasn't been scanning correctly all day. Everyone was very courteous. Even the guys who scrubbed the car down smiled at us and told us to have a nice day. Usually they don't even make eye contact. LOL. Vacuums were strong. Towels were plenty. Not sure if they didn't have the air spraying hose or I just couldn't find it but I missed that. Also have become used to having vacuums available on both sides of the vehicle at my home Tidal Wave (This location only has them on one) so we missed that too. Overall even though I've never had a bad experience at a Tidal Wave this location has set the bar in their customer service.
