Very disappointed in the quality of care that I got. I did write an email, however I did not receive a response. I chose the most expensive package thinking that my care would the best, but there were so many things neglected. I would have stayed however I had an appointment to get to. Console was not clean, smear marks, musty smell, seats were left uncleaned, the back floor carpet was not vacuumed and the rims of my tires were not treated or cleaned at all. Excellent, excellent, excellent. For $20, you basically get a small detailing. Just went a couple days ago, first time in a while, and the car badly needed cleaning inside and out. When I left, the car was immaculate, with no spot left unattended, tires shined, paint sparkling, smelling good, and shiny and dirt free on the inside. Is it a professional detail? No, and it's not intended to be. Those can cost anywhere from $75-200 or more. But I'll tell you this: you won't find a car wash that will do this good on your car for anywhere near this price. You absolutely cannot compare this to your run-of-the-mill $10-15 automatic car wash locations. Smith Bros does a fantastic job, and my only complaint is that their location is so far away in Smyrna. Pretty reliable car wash. It does take a while for them when they get busy but that's to be expected when they literally vacuum your car. It's $40 for the most expensive, which is double than what it used to be pre-covid which is unfortunate, but it's still a solid enough price for the car being completely clean! read more

Our Jeep Grand Cherokee had been towed behind our motorhome for 1400 miles and through 3 rain storms. Needless to say, it was brown and not red. They did a great job with the vac and prewash, the machine got the rest. Then the 6 drying folks descended on it to wipe it down inside & out and put on a tire dressing. It looked like a new car when they were done. I'd use them again for sure. read more

I've always had my vehicles done here and they're traditionally a top-notch car wash center. Went in 2/16/2020 and was hoping to have my SUV done like they've done in the past. To my dismay, I saw where they have apparently removed the rotating tire washing brushes. The vehicle came out clean but the tires were still filthy. I was so aggravated, I didn't even bother asking someone, afraid I may say something I'd regret. Needless to say, they lost their tip and possibly my future business. Very disappointing. read more

They fucked my Subaru up! my inside smelled like a dirty towel plus mildew ! For a week! I had to get Lysol wipes and wipe my car when I got home and they did a horrible vacuum job. Had to buy a lot of air fresheners. do not go to that car wash they use dirty towels to wipe your car inside ! read more

I've had my SUV and my pickup truck run through here several times over the last couple years. I always pay for the highest level of service. There is a track they run the vehicles through for outside washing so the outside is usually pretty good. But inside my car is a crap shoot. They do a very quick vacuum. They seldom vacuum well between seats or in cracks, just the easy to reach spaces it seems because there has always been a lot of crumbs or trash between the seats as I drive away. Since I have 10+ year old vehicles with slightly faded dashboards I can see clearly where they wiped the vinyl and they don't always get everywhere. Again, the feeling I get when I drive away is that the goal was to go fast not thorough. But for $40 (charge plus tip) I expect better. read more

They did a good job. It's tough to get an off road vehicle clean but they knocked it out quick. There was a line, almost out to the road, but from the time I pulled up, until the time I pulled off, it was only about 20 minutes. I'll still have to touch it up a little but I've been hood-deep in mud. It's been washed a couple times since muddin' but the dirt still finds crevices to fall out of even after the most through detail. Good price & a friendly staff. I'll be back. read more

I have been to Smith Bros many times over the past 10 years. It was fairly consistent until about a year and a half ago. Today is the last time I will go there. I just paid almost $30 for a mini-van to be cleaned. The result was an exterior wash that was fine but not even a halfhearted attempt to vacuum the interior and a cursory window cleaning. It was very poorly done and given it is a trend, I would rather drive further to get a better result. read more

If you ever have to go here, don't count on them being open when they say they're going to be open, even if they tell you they are. I called them at 4:25 and asked what time they closed and I was told 5:00 so I rushed over get there and arrived at 4:46 only to see them already closed and walking out. If they had told me on the phone call they were closing soon or are already closed there would've been no problem but to tell me that they were going to be open for another 35 minutes and be closed 10 minutes later it's not how you grow business. I guess I'll take my $30 elsewhere. read more

Went on August 4 to get my car cleaned up. After getting home realized they had not cleaned the window spray off my back windows. So went back up there to let them know. I guess he was the supervisor came over to tell him about, he told me it was my tint. I said that's not my tint. Long story short Smith Brothers of Smynra has lost my business. The last time I was at Smith Bros I entered the building after leaving my SUV with a young Hispanic guy vacuuming it out. I was only inside for a minute or so before realizing that I'd left my cellphone in the car. I walked out back and found the guy frantically pulling everything out of my console. I watched over his shoulder as he put everything into two piles - one that he presumably was going to keep and the other that he was going to put back. I finally tapped him on the shoulder and asked if I could help him find anything. He looked like he was going to faint and then started cramming everything back in my console. I stayed with the car until it entered the wash, then went inside and asked for the manager. The cashier said he wasn't available so I left my card, along with a request that the manager call me. I never heard from anyone there and I've never gone back. The moral of the story is....stay with your vehicle, don't let it out of your sight. read more

This was my first time coming here and I wish I would have been coming here a lot sooner! I had been out of town for a week with my dogs at the lake so the amount of matted dog hair everywhere was disgusting.
