Went on Saturday March 28 th. It was very busy but I had a young man named Tobias who took time to explain the special for membership that was going on at the time. I didn't get it then because it was so busy but went back Monday and got a membership. I was very impressed with this young man for his patience and his understanding of this older woman. I am doubly challenged because of wearing hearing aids and the noise from the wash. I thank him for his help and also Troy and staff who helped me today. read more

Worst car wash ever. They are rude and ask for a tip for doing no physical work. They also want you to pay for a towel to dry your car. Take 5 Car Wash is far better value. They don't ask for tips and offer free towels and glass cleaner. Don't get ripped off like I did. read more

I frequent this car wash often; even purchased the monthly pass. The only downfall to this car wash is that the vacuum hoses are "one size fits all", meaning that they don't fit into tight nooks and crannies as some of the other car washes offer. read more

If you answered yes to any of these questions, You are either an extra in a Hollywood action movie, or you need to get your butt down to the car wash!!! The Super Speed Wash locations are all generally fast to get in and out of. They do a pretty decent job of knocking the crud off your daily beater. I would say to not being your Lambo through here, but i've been through more than once in the GT-R... I guess it all depends on how you value your vehicle.... But I digress!!! Prices recently went up. That made me unhappy. I liked being able to wash my car for $5, quick and easy! But now it's $6. That takes me to sad face frowny town. read more

Apparently when it rains outside, they shut off the vacuum hoses here. There is no obvious signage that indicates this. While some car washes close completely when it rains, Mister Car Wash stays open. Granted, you can get some things done that rain wouldn't affect, like undercarriage. But if I'm looking for a basic car wash, I'm not going to go there when it's raining. But I needed the vacuums and I figured I'd have to pay for a car wash just to use the vacuums. So I paid for a basic car wash just so that I could use their vacuums, only to find out that they don't have them running when it's drizzling outside. That would've been nice to know before I wasted $10. It wouldn't hurt you to advertise this somewhere when it's raining. You do plenty of advertising of your membership. read more

Sadly, the quality has gone way down since these became Mister Car Wash from Super Speed Wash. I have been many times since the swap and each time was equally as poor quality. In the last few times, only once has the attendant hit my back window with the brush. At 7 dollars for the basic wash, to come out with dirt all still on my back bumper is unacceptable. The vacuums work partially, but one I attempted to use had almost zero suction and the other was mediocre. This is a convenient location for me, but for this type of service and 7 dollars, I will sadly have to go elsewhere. read more

Mister Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Smyrna, Tennessee

They had a pallet of bricks in their driveway that I backed into, (no caution cones or tape). They refused to repair my scratched bumper.

The car wash is great. However when you exit the wash you have to drive thru mud and water. Needs repaving.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. I visited their Smyrna location yesterday afternoon before running errands, and my entire day was ruined. A kid dancing around with his headphones in directed me to turn my wheel to my right (his left). No one was in front of me going in so I didn't have much to guide me. Sure enough my whole car falls in, immediately popping my tire. Another employee comes over and tells me to back up and "get out of the way," while the car behind me is told not to pull forward. I back my car up, absolutely furious at this point since I was never indicated to stop prior to putting my car at risk of damages. I then sit in the car for about 5 minutes, thinking that surely someone will come out to assist me in changing my tire. Eventually, I roll down my window and ask if someone will be coming out to speak to me. The young man who told me to get out of the way earlier said he had already notified management. At this point, I get out of the car to begin to change the tire myself. A customer saw the incident occur and came over to assist me in changing it. He had the damaged tire off completely before I ever even saw a member of management. Two management members came out to tell me that upon their review of the video, I refused to turn my wheel the way that the employee indicated and that this incident was entirely my fault. And still no employee has offered any sympathy, no apologies for the inconvenience, and no assistance in changing the tire. I then asked why I would not be told to told stop prior to causing damage to my car. The manager responded by saying that it is not their "policy" to tell a customer to stop because that will back up their business and that the car behind me could have hit me. So I have enough room and time to back up my vehicle after puncturing the tire but not enough room to stop before the damage has occurred? Neither management member had an answer for that, just told me I could come in and review the video to see that their employee clearly directed me in, and I refused to turn correctly. He then offered me the phone number for the Regional Manager and went back inside! Never an apology, never offered any assistance, and didn't even offer me my money back. After the tire was changed, I had to go back inside where I was ignored by 4 out of the 6 employees on duty eventually knocking on the open door to where management sat openly complaining about the issue and how I was at fault (I assume not realizing I had come inside, but, honestly, I don't think that they cared that I could hear them), and I asked for a refund for the wash I didn't receive. They asked me if I had my receipt (which I had lost at some point changing the tire). When I said this, the employee rolled his eyes and asked which wash I had purchased. I indicated that it was the $12 wash, and he provided the refund, handed me the cash, and said absolutely nothing else. No "have a nice day," no apologies that the incident had occurred, nothing. Now, I know what you're thinking - this girl can't drive a car...But I have been to tons of car washes in my lifetime and have never had any issues at all, and I have NEVER heard of anyone puncturing their tire pulling into a car wash. I have also never seen such poor customer service at an establishment. The ONLY employee who offered an apology and water while changing the tire was their Sales Manager, Gabriel. And, for that, I was appreciative. I did speak with the Regional Manager after I had left and was on my way to purchase a new tire. He did offer a sincere apology, and I was told that he has planned to speak with the management staff that was on duty this weekend in person and that he has already spoken to them over the phone. He also offered me a full detail at their Madison location. Unfortunately, this did not cover the cost of my tire and the time it took out of my day. I had not expected to spend $225 on a car wash. I will never return to this location after the way I was treated yesterday. I am still appalled at the situation and the staff's reaction (or lack thereof). In a customer centric business, your job is to make sure that customers are happy. It could not be that difficult to direct a car into a wash. Maybe the employees should take out their headphones, stop dancing around and being irresponsible, and realize that they are there to direct traffic into a machine that could potentially cause hundreds even thousands of dollars to a vehicle putting a driver and their company at risk. As for the management, there is no excuse for the way I was treated yesterday. Please imagine if your wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, etc. had been in the same situation. Would you have wanted her to be treated the same way you treated me and had no one offer her assistance? I hope that this situation will lead to the management being more considerate to their customers if they ever have any issues. I will no longer be a customer. read more

I Finally got a refund. They charged me 29.99 for 5 months. They refunded me 4 months of that. I hope this is the end of this issue.

With all the salt and crap on my car, I figured I needed to get our truck cleaned up... didn't quite feel like doing it myself so I quickly Googled coupons and found one for Super Speed Wash. $10 got me the mid-level wash and RainEx ended up being free with the coupon (9300). They have free vacuums for people to use if they've gotten their car washed. I noticed they actually have gates up so you can't finagle free vacuum use without paying for the wash. Make sure you check the strength of the vacuum before you get going though, cause some of them are really weak but rest assured, there are some good ones in the mix! The rating should actually be 0 stars. Decided to swing by Mister Car Wash after work on Friday afternoon. When I was literally inside the car wash I was hit by a supped up Jeep Wrangler. Thankfully no one was hurt. It wasn't even the other drivers fault because we both had our vehicles in neutral and were on the automated rolling track. The employees at the car wash told the other driver who was behind me to take her foot off the brake while on the rolling track, and that's when she slammed into me. Thankfully the other driver was very nice and we waited for the police to get there. On the other hand, the employees at Mr Car Wash, especially the manager on duty were extremely rude and didn't even ask if we were ok or if they could help in any way. They denied responsibility and the manager wouldn't speak to us anymore. I don't understand the mentality of some people! Why wouldn't you want to help the people who are there at your business? I'm upset about my car being damaged but what made me even more upset and frustrated was the way I was treated by the staff. They definitely have no concern for they're customers or the vehicles that go through there. read more

Went to get my truck washed they told me I had to dirty of tires to go in and they asked if we could wash them off somewhere else After we paid. There were 5 guys working and you would think they could rinse off some of the little dirt I had on my tires, adding there was no one behind us in line. Along with that they turned the dryer off because we had a shovel in the back. Very disappointed if you don't have a clean vehicle already I wouldn't recommend this wash. read more
