I have a subscription to this location... and I have been many times over the past 3 years. I do want to articulate that the "tire shine" option marred 2 wheels-- which cost me $300 each to fix. I had requested that the manager (Brian Snyder) connect w/ me to discuss the situation. After a single email-exchange, he stopped responding and never made a time to dialog about the damage. ...after nearly 2-months of my continual reaching to him-- I gave up and have been reduced to asking the service tech (at the entrance of the "wash-tunnel") to completely remove the "tire shine" component when I get my car washed. Although I am pleased with the carwash itself and the local team that oversees the daily operation I have questioned recently the changes in the wash levels. For the past 3+ years I have purchased and paid the yearly fee upfront. Recently, the levels have changed from what I had paid reducing some of the added features (example tire shine). It would have been nice to verify and make sure that loyal customers are able to continue with the wash package purchased and upon renewal the level could be chosen versus forcing the change downward thus reducing features of the plan that was initially purchased. read more

I have had a membership here for all three of my cars for several years. The folks that work here have always been super professional, extremely nice, and it's great to see the same people working there over the years. So great to have this wash so close to home. read more

I have been coming here for 3 years now (several times a week) and I have had nothing but great service. The supplies are always well stocked and I ALWAYS get a friendly wave and smile when my car goes through. Returning supplies I get a thank you and have a great day. They support local fundraisers (where I purchased a package). Not sure about the other reviews, but all I can say is I probably have been there 200-300 times (2-3 times a week at a minimum, over 3 years) and I have NEVER had a bad experience. I have been using this wash for 2 years now, but on my recent visit it took my bumper off on the driver's side. It snapped the bracket on the interior and pulled it out of all the clips. I take extreme care of my car, and it has never been in an accident or even had any minor damage. After letting the employees know, I was informed that they were not responsible because my car is over 5 years old. Before I went in, my car was fine, and after paying for a wash, my bumper was pulled out on the side. I was extremely disappointed, and left to cover the damages and new parts on my own. I will not be visiting again unfortunately, as they did not claim responsibility for any negligence. On TOP of this, the owner responded to my review on google by claiming "We all know and understand that there is nothing that reaches up under the car and takes off your interior clips of your bumper. We understand reviews and someone not being happy; however, it's simply not possible to take out interior clips to your bumper." They also stated "We are in the business of washing cars and not creating industry tools that reach under the car to randomly pull out interior clips." Clearly the force of the car wash pulled the bumper off and then broke the bracket holding to my car, NOT "reaching under." In every other negative review, the owner has an bad attitude with the customer, and basically accuses them of lying. They have video evidence my car was fine before going in, and damaged after, and yet blamed the customer. Be prepared for that when you have a negative experience. read more

Absolutely horrific experience at Wash 37135. The staff are bullies and unprofessional. They don't care about anything than covering their own backsides. They could bully someone who was smaller than them, as if I don't know anything I'm talking about. When the car didn't get washed because the sensor triggered early, I pulled around and asked them to redo it. They leaped into an explanation of how it wasn't the car wash, I said okay but I need it washed properly cause I had just paid $14 for it, they said they'd re-wash it, and I said absolutely. Then Brandt Hopper thought it was a good idea to look at me and say "you're being ridiculous". I could not believe my ears. His colleague behind him looked shocked, even. I went through the wash, finished vacuuming and went into the shop to ask to speak to the manager to explain I did not appreciate employees throwing insults at me. But the guy jumped on me as soon as I walked in the door claiming he'd watched the video, and the car wash wasn't to blame etc. and I'm just lying to him. I kept trying to tell him I don't care about the wash, I'm not mad about that, and that I didn't find it acceptable that Brant called me ridiculous, to which he just shouted at me "Listen to me, you're not in charge here, I've watched the video of the wash...". Yes, I know you watched the video, nobody is complaining about that. When I tried to leave he just shouted at me "Hey, get back here...". Yeah, like I have anything to say to a bully. You don't get to bully and call people slurs. It's not okay. This place left me feeling sick and victimized. read more

We've been coming to this car wash now for 6 months and have had a great experience so far. The employees are helpful and professional. Giving them 4 stars--one of the owners was on shift yesterday and was beyond rude. One of the employees came and apologized to my husband for what happened. He was very gracious and we discovered that there have been multiple complaints. We will continue to use this car wash but would hope that this never happens again. read more

the worse place to go! this place really is bad! they do not stay open and last year when i was there they were rushing us thru and i put my van in "n" & when i got to the end, my van started jerkin and was rear ended by the car behind me! they said this was my fault! my van has a back-up camera that was not on all the way thru the wash. i was very upset and so were the cars behind me!!! there was very lil bump damage and several the next thing i know that the car behind me filed a claim!!! i told my insurance agent and we see that this place said it was my fault!! the claim was $1500! which i would have paid for out of my pocket and this has caused a $1200 year increase on my insurance for the next 3 years!!! read more
