DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Terrible Service and No Accountability We booked a party bus for our group on December 20, 2025, for a bar crawl in the Cleveland/Lakewood area. Instead, the driver arrived in a Sprinter van that seated only about 10 people max--far short of what we'd reserved and paid for. The company admitted they "sent the wrong vehicle" and apologized, but made zero effort to fix the problem--no replacement bus, no partial refund on the spot, nothing. This ruined our plans, forcing half the group to scramble for alternative rides (Ubers, etc.) and splitting everyone up. To make matters worse, we expected at least a discount or comp given the major inconvenience. Instead, they charged us $770--$70 over the agreed $700 price. When we questioned the overcharge and rude responses, they refused to negotiate or refund anything, just saying "we'll get you a deal next time." There won't be a next time. Strongly avoid this company--plenty of better options in Cleveland that actually deliver what you book. I'd actually prefer walking to a destination in a Cleveland December than using this company again. 0/5 stars - Save yourself the headache. read more

Where do I start? Let's start with my wedding day. Though we'd been given photos of stylish and new limos, what pulled up? An older white limo, with no working running lights, with barely discernible A/C and with "Black Ice" Christmas tree air fresheners strewn about. We couldn't plug in iPhones, so we just listened to the radio through the open window. Whatever though, it was still on time and it was my wedding day, I just wanted to enjoy it all! Alas, when I got out of the limo to walk down the aisle at my ceremony, I realized there was a HUGE brown stain on the bottom of my white wedding dress. I poured water on it, had a little freak out, and walked down the aisle without being able to do much about it. After the ceremony, we did photos and again, when I got out, there was a NEW brown stain on my dress! It was from the floor of the limo! It was just covered in mud, and I mean covered! We yelled at the driver who just stood there, not attempting to apologize or to clean things up. We gave him paper towels and said he better do something! His apathy was astounding! There is nothing worse than getting brown stains on your wedding dress right before photos and even the ceremony! Then to have someone not even blink an eye at it, c'mon! But oh, it doesn't end there. We called to complain after the wedding and to follow up an email my mom had sent post-wedding. The owner of the company was HORRIBLE. He actually started googling us, saying on the phone that he "can dig up dirt too". He gave us NO discount, and threatened us with personal information that had no bearing on anything! I originally had another Yelp review up (same one star) and took it down because we were worried that if he was willing to google us for dirt, what else could he do? He's the most unprofessional owner you could even imagine! So why write now? I would hate for people to hire this company and not know about these shady dealings. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices, run away from this company as fast as you can. They totally botched the transportation on my wedding day. They were responsible for transporting 80 guests to the reception and were over an hour late. It threw off the entire wedding. Not to mention the completely poor quality of the vehicles - broken A/C, broken restroom, the engine was smoking on the ride to the wedding. Terrible. 07/17/13 I have used Aqua Limo on 2 separate, very different, occasions. Let me first start by saying I was given their contact information from my cousins who had used them for their 06/12 wedding. I contacted Don and he was by far the best quote for what we needed for our event. We had a 'GNO' special, where 11 of us went to Blossom Music Center for an outdoor concert. We had the 14 person SUV and it was a surprise upgrade. The driver arrived at my house promptly and dressed to the 9s. He got us to Blossom and told us where we were parked and that he would wait fro us there. 3 hours later, and we found him immediately. On the ride home, he stopped at a gas station in order for us to stop and use the restroom (the ride is about 1 hour, 15 minutes). We got home, and I did a quick scan of the vehicle, and gave our driver (I forgot his name), and extra tip. It was such a great time. 11/22/14 I used Aqua Limo this past weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. Having had such a great experience in 2013, I called Don for quotes, and again, he was by far the best in the area. His suggestion was to do 2 one way drops with the same vehicle. We had 15 people and we were going from Avon Lake, to Downtown Cleveland to the Hofbrauhaus. Our driver (who started out decent) picked us up about 5:45pm. Then we crossed through our development to the neighboring development to pick up 2 more couples. We then were dropped off at the Hofbrauhaus. We had to wait about 10 minutes in the vehicle before we were able to get seated (we had a party of 17). We were a group of 30-40 year olds professionals. We had a fantastic time of hanging out in the 30 person bus and singing to the music and being in an environment without our young children. We were picked up at 10:00pm and after a bit of discussion, ended up being dropped back home to Avon Lake at 10:25pm. I went and settled up with our driver (offering to clean up the spilled popcorn; the bag tipped over), but he said we were good to go. I called Don the following morning and let him know that it was a great time and the service and price were fantastic. There was a minor hiccup after the fact, however, it has sense been resolved. I still have much confidence in Aqua Limo and Don and his team; we would use them again in the future without any hesitation. read more

We rented a party bus for my Mom's 50th Birthday party. I can't believe some of the reviews on here because our event couldn't have gone more perfect. Out of all the Cleveland limo services I contacted, they were one of the only ones that responded to my inquirey and actually called me. Don the owner was so nice and so helpful. They were very accomodating and attentive. Along with the service the actual bus was AMAZING. All of the guests were very impressed and thought the bus "made the party". We took the VIP Luxury Coach - it had all the bells and wistles of any luxury party bus. Thanks Aqua Limo for helping to make my mom's 50th on to remember! If you see Aqua Limo RUN!! I was in a party of 14 a couple weeks ago that had rented a bus for a 30th birthday party. We were told there would be ample room for 20 and the 14 of us BARELY fit. The one tv was ripped out of the back wall and covered up with a piece of cloth. We were told that we would be able to use a ipod to play music. . well there was not a jack to plug it into the radio, in fact the radio sounded AWFUL so we sat in silence. The person that had set up the rental has had nothing but problems trying to contact the owner of aqua limo I world NEVER recommend this company to anyone! read more

They emailed me two hours before our pick up time and said the bus broke down and they had gotten me another bus with another company. 6/28/2019 BEWARE- They showed up and on time however I would have had more respect for Don K if he hadn't . It's partially my fault for not reading the reviews before I booked him. After I booked him, then I seen all the negative reviews and called him 10 minutes later. I was honest and expressed my concerns about his reviews in which he replied by telling me that everything I seen was factual reviews and the he was having personal issues and assured me that everything was better and promised me that I would be satisfied. We all have had bad times in our past and need a second chance and I decided I would give him a shot after his explanation . The limo showed up and immediately noticed the floor looked like it hasn't been swept out in YEARS, seats looked like it had burn marks all over them and the body of the car was in horrible shape and the AC was broke. Did I mention it's was 90 degrees outside? When the driver tried to play with the AC to get it working, the AC compartment fell from the ceiling in the lap of the groomsman and was hanging by a wire. My daughter called me when she realized that this situation could have been a potential safety hazard for the bridal party driving an hour away with 15 people with no AC. Don, take a look at all your reviews, theres a common theme here and it's a terrible experience with you and your "company". At what point do you have pride for what you do? From all the reviews and my experience with you, it kind of seems your borderline, criminal and fraudulent . I say that because anyone with an ounce of integrity and pride for what they do, would not run a business like you have. So, Don what's next ? Are you going to charge me like I see you have so many victims of your schemes ? Repulsive behavior on your end. Don will act so nice and then completely screw you over. Ordered a BUS for my wedding day and they showed up in an SUV. My photographer and assistant couldn't ride with us due to not enough room. Radio didn't work, AC was broke. Contacted Don on my wedding day who stated that the bus was getting repaired so he upgraded us...NOT an upgrade! Also, he said he was sending a new bus.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! The owner is deceitful. Company advertisements are false. The vehicles are unsafe for the road. Vehicles often break down because the owner will not pay to have them repaired properly. This causes the vehicles to be switched without the clients approval. I know of two wedding parties, a bachelorette party and one prom group that paid to receive a luxury limousine and were sent an ugly, lime green school bus, instead. The vehicles do not have efficient air conditioning and heating, causing extreme discomfort for the passengers. A bachelor party was charged $250 for damage they had supposedly done the vehicle, specifically, creating a cigarette burn on the carpet. The carpet was never replaced and there is no cigarette burn on the carpet. The company was evicted from the garage where the vehicles were parked in July, 2013, for lack of rent payment. The owner did not pay the rent for six months, $15,000, then moved the vehicles two miles down the road. Company employees are not paid for work performed, creating a high turnover in mechanics and drivers. An office worker who does not have a Commercial Driver's License often drives CDL vehicles with and without passengers. The company's attitude toward state and federal laws is, "Don't get caught." Aqua Limo has an F Rating with the Better Business Bureau. If you do business with this company, you will be overcharged and disappointed. read more

Aqualimos got me to court on time when my car was not working the night before. Not knowing what else to do, I called Aqualimos late at night, and got Alison on the phone. She committed to giving me a ride in the Suburban limousine. She arrived and got me downtown to the courthouse. With patience she waited for my court proceeding to conclude and rode me back home. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP! We were not using a limo, we only needed a shuttle bus to get guests between the hotel and venue. We were getting worried about a week before because we couldn't get a hold of them to see if they received our final payment. But then we got a call that everything was fine, they would cash the check in a few days, the owner had been sick and that's why it took awhile to get back to us, have a wonderful wedding, congratulations, blah blah blah. We felt confident they would be there. Then on the wedding day, while I am getting ready at the hall, I see a strange look on my matron of honor's face and ask what is going on. She reluctantly tells me that the shuttle did not show up but that the hotel receptionist thankfully knew someone who could fill in. In the meantime, the PARENTS OF THE GROOM are driving people (including the groom, best man, and groomsmen) to the venue! Needless to say the groom was late and everything then fell behind schedule. My husband said he started calling the company around 2:30, they were scheduled to come at 3. No answer, so he called the number we had received the call from the week before and the lady gave him another number to call - no answer. So he called her back - no answer. So we are screwed. I immediately put a stop payment on the final check we sent (thankfully they had not cashed it) but we put a $300 deposit down 5 months prior on a credit card and are not sure if we will get it back. A group of us got quoted for their services and they totally screwed us. They called at the last minute and basically stated, "Sorry but we are having trucks break down all over town tonite so we can't pick you up". When I say last minute, litterally the last minute. Not only did they not render services, but charged more than was quoted onto the credit card of the person who booked it and he fought with them for a week to get it fixed. Not only did they not fix it, but my buddy then had to call the credit card company to dispute the charges made onto his card. read more

Great service at the front end - horrible when it came time to deliver. They brought the wrong limo - we booked a Bus for headroom purposes and got an excursion that was tiny inside. Our Limo A/C didn't work. And our driver was dressed too casually to be driving a wedding party around in a limo. When I asked Don, the Owner, to resolve these issues it was like pulling teeth until he finally thanked me for my business and never resolved any of the issues - calling my "allegations" "bogus". I contracted Aqua limo for my sons wedding August 30,2014, a 14 passenger vehicle for the groom and groomsmen which the A/C was broken on a 90 degree day,, and a 24 passenger party bus, which picked up the bride and attendants and some family members from my house to the church. After the ceremony and pictures the party bus was to drop off the bridal party at the venue and come and pick up the parents of the groom and others and take them to the venue.. A NO SHOW,, called several times only to get voice mail, we had to scramble to available vehicles only to be late missing the receiving line ,family photos and more.. They were also contracted to come back at the end of the evening to take family and guests back to my house and return for the bridal party and take them to the hotel where they had reserved rooms held.. They left us stranded,, not only that when the driver was dropping off the bridal party at the venue told them they could leave their overnight bags in the luggage compartment until he returned for them leaving the bride and groom several others without credit cards and ID's to pay for their reserved rooms.. I called Don,, several other guests called, only to get the voice mail. we had to find rides and call cabs to get home.. this was now 3 am.. I called the next day in the am still voice mail The bride and groom and the attendants that had bags on the bus went to the business to retrieve their things and get answers,to find missing money a card with gift money was missing for the couple and cash from another bag.. the employees were told that the police were going to be called and they were threatened saying that if they did they would be sorry, the employees told them to get off the property, closed everything up and left the business.. I was recently married, and read mixed reviews about Aqua Limo. So when I paid the deposit and signed the contract for our limo, I made sure to go there and tour the limo bus that we were getting. On the day of my wedding, after becoming the happiest woman in the world, I step outside to get into our limo to go take pictures and I was appalled. The limo bus that I "rented" had a leather wrap around seat, flat screens, and I was told I would have stemwear and a bottle of champagne waiting for me. What I ACTUALLY got was a glorified school bus, with a $6 bottle of Andre and no glasses to drink it out of, had I wanted to put that foul well champagne in my mouth. It also had no ac, just fans. One of then men in my party has a condition where he can't sweat, and therefore can not get overheated. He also has a heart condition. I should mention that it was also 87 degrees outside. So the poor guy swelled up like an overinflated balloon. The door didn't close all of the way and the "lighting" if you can call it that, was held up by tape. DO NOT USE THEM!! They told me I'd get a full refund, and have not returned a call since. Worst experience of my life. read more

WORST Limo company I have ever dealt with. We were told we could come and decorate the limo ahead of time and when we called to find out where they were located they told us our limo had been rented last minute and was not avilable early. When we asked for our drivers name and number a half hour before we were to be picked up they were not able to give us the information. Once the limo bus arrived 20 mins. late we got on to decorate it and it was about 80 degrees inside the driver had said the AC had been running for an hour. The inside of the limo was a mess ceiling was falling down, windows were broken, "lighting" was hanging from the walls. About 10 mins. into the drive to our destination the bus started to smell like burnt rubber. It then started to jerk and smoke. We had to pull to the side of I90. 16 girls for a bachelorette party were stuck on the side of the highway. Right away we called Aqua they told us they would have to check their schedule and would call back. 3 days later I am still waiting for that call. Luckly we were able to contact A-1 Mr. Limo and they came to pick us up with in 20 mins. NEVER BOOK THIS COMPANY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. My wife and I used Aqua Limo on 10/10/15 for our wedding. I will start with the good. The limo was on time to pick up the bridal party from her mothers house. Also our driver was friendly and accomadated our requests readily. Our contract stated that the limo would pick up the bridal party and take them to the church. They were to wait outside until the wedding was over then takes us to a location for pictures. Following pictures we were to be dropped off at the hall for our reception. This all went off without a hitch. The problems started with the limo. Our contact stated that we would have a 20 person bus. Our wedding party was 14 people and were planning on having 2 friends ride along as well. What showed up was a stretch Ford Excursion. After some creative seating we managed to get 13 people into the limo,l. Lucky(or unluckily)one of my groomsmen missed the wedding due to flight delays, leaving two of our friends abandoned in a unfimilar city with 5 hours to kill. To add insult to injury, the limo was in very poor condition. The radio did not work and most of the trim showed signs of heavy wear and damage. Also after booking, communication was spotty at best. I attempted to stop by the given address a few days prior to the wedding only to find out it is a self storage business. The fact that they were on time and accommodating are the only reasons for the second star. Overall I am very dissapointed in my purchase. read more
