The system itself seems to be a good system, but the company's policies are terrible. They rarely answer their phone (in hours they are suppose to be open) and once they sell you the system, they seem only interested in getting it serviced so they can make more money. The installer showed on my appointment date and stated he would have to pull my pavers up but he doesn't put them back as they were. I asked when does the person come to do that and he stated no one will. The salesman called and tried to pressure me into the installation. I stated the pavers will need to be fixed or I'll be out that money. Nothing but sales pitch from that point on about how fresh our water will be. Wasted my time and the installers. The only positive with the whole experience was the installer. He was upfront and honest which I appreciated.
