Our go to water provider. We live in Dublin now and we still go here. Owner and staff are super friendly.

This is only my first delivery and 3 red flags have already popped out:…read more 1. Got the rental dispenser but it didn't pump water - the sensor next to the door is not working. Called customer service and got promised a replacement on the next delivery. We'll see. 2. Got the first bill of $67 with no promo applied to it. When I signed up online it showed a $50 promo and my first bill should be $17. That's why I signed up online instead of Costco in order to get the promo. Called customer service on same day and got promised a $50 credit should show on the next bill. Wait until the next bill I won't be surprised if they forget again. 3. Got a surcharge of $2 on my bill for credit card. No way online can you change or cancel the autopay. Called customer service the 3rd time and they told me you're forced to pay this surcharge basically as you cannot use a checking account to do autopay. And once you set up the autopay you cannot cancel it. You have to pay the surcharge unless you use a debit, which I don't have. Water itself tasted fine, but I feel like as an established company, it's ridiculous to have so many problems with just the first delivery - hardware not working, got the wrong bill, and offer no autopay options for checking accounts. I called 3 times on the first delivery date, and it's very disappointing.

Horrible Service - Drivers Ignore Instructions, No Accountability…read moreI've been a customer for years, but the service has gone completely downhill. Water used to be delivered right to my front door -- now, for the past few months, drivers have been dumping it out on the street at the base of a shared driveway. This not only causes confusion (since multiple homes use that driveway) but is also a complete contradiction to what the company advertises: home delivery. Last month, I called and was assured delivery instructions would be added to my account. Today, I caught the driver in the act -- and he admitted there were no such instructions. I played him a voicemail from one of their supervisors who had promised the issue was being fixed. The driver basically shrugged it off and refused to bring the water to the front of the house. He told me he had a dolly but wasn't willing to use it. Instead, he offered to put the bottles in the trunk of my car and told me to ask someone to unload it for me! Absolutely unacceptable. He refused to provide a full name or contact info for a supervisor. At that point, I told him to take the water back which he did as I'm not accepting deliveries left out on the street. They still had the nerve to charge me for a delivery that was not done! Their customer service is completely disconnected from their field operations. They advertise "delivery to your home," but that's clearly not what they're delivering anymore. If you're considering this company, beware: you might end up dragging 40-pound bottles off the sidewalk yourself. I've emailed and called multiple times -- nothing changes. They don't care about customer experience anymore. AVOID THEM!

My family used to drink LOTS of individual bottles of water, but we got sick of hauling it from…read moreCostco and then having to deal with lots of empty plastic bottles. I looked into getting water delivered in jugs from Costco, but I didn't like the idea of being locked into a subscription plan for the water AND paying them a monthly fee to rent the water dispenser. I found Paradise Water and they've been great. I just send a text message when I'm running low, and they deliver exactly the jugs I need to my house. There's no subscription, so if we need more or less it's no problem. I ordered a Bottle Buddy water bottle stand from Amazon, which has been a great solution. It's cheaper, the water tastes good, AND it's more environmentally friendly.

We've had Jose delivering our water since the beginning and he cares about his customers and delivers good quality water. Scheduling is a breeze with same day turnaround. This is hard to come by. We had one of the big corporations before and had to schedule weeks in advance, with zero communication, we had to go online to download the invoice, if we forgot then they'd mail the invoice with an automatic $20 charge for late payment, this is a crazy way of doing business. I'm so glad we found Paradise Water, they are exceptional both in service & their product.

ATTENTION: Under New Ownership…read more I just purchased a Water Machine and was searching for a water store nearby. To my surprise there was one couple blocks over from my house. Read some reviews and apparently there was a really rude woman working there so when I went in, I prepared myself to deal with her. To my surprise, the Water Specialist working there was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Nothing like the things I have read. Turns out it's because it under new Ownership. She Smiled alot and offered up information I hadn't thought about. Blessed be this business because I'm a Firm believer in "Good things to Good People." The store was clean and organized. Had some other Store Items like Lotto Tickets, Drinks, Snacks and a Toy display. And even though there was some construction going on outside there was plenty of parking close by. She nicely instructed me how to use the Bottle Cleaner and Fillers and seal the bottle properly. I bought the Water Bottle and a few Lottery Tickets and was on my way. Easy as that. Thanks L&L Pure Water! EDIT: BTW, the water tastes Great!

She had already given me attitude when I came. I asked her if I can wash the gallons using the faucet and she said yes but was not paying attention to where I am referring to. When I turned it (drinking faucet) on. She yelled and got mad at me because the water splashed all over. She's like, "why you do that! You are wasting the water!" And I told her again, this is my first time. I dont know where I can atleast wash the inside. I even offered to pay extra for the wasted water and clean it up for her. I just really needed to clean the gallon thoroughly before I refill them and this is the reason why I had to come in and get the refill. But the lady wasn't too understanding about it and refused service to me.

We've been using ReadyRefresh for water delivery since January 2025, and the experience has gone…read moredownhill quickly. Our pricing has increased significantly in just a short time. For example, our delivery used to be around $58, and now it's suddenly $74 with no clear explanation. Because of this, we decided to cancel the service, but that's where the real frustration started. The cancellation instructions on their website do not work, and there is no actual option to cancel the subscription online. We've called three different phone numbers trying to reach a live representative. Each time, their automated system takes us through multiple prompts, only to route us to a satisfaction survey instead of connecting us to an agent or giving us a cancellation option. At this point, it feels intentionally difficult to cancel, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers should not have to jump through hoops just to stop a service they no longer want, especially after sudden price increases. If someone from ReadyRefresh or Primo is monitoring reviews, please contact us so we can finally cancel this account.

Truly a customer service experience worthy of the cable company…read more Ever since this company went through a merger, the service has been horrendous on an epic scale. I had 3+ years of exceptional service followed by a meltdown I can barely describe. First, the driver stopped coming to the designated pickup place. Rather than replacing my bottles, the driver just kept leaving more. I called and called, but the bottles kept coming. I left written notes in black sharpie, but the bottles kept coming. At one point I had 16 5-gallon water bottles blocking my driveway. It apparently occurred to no one that this might be a problem. After a couple of angry phone calls, I finally got that to stop happening. They started taking empties. That was great. When the supply ran out, I realized that they had stopped delivering water. They stopped doing anything. They did not, however, stop charging me. Or sending me notices that my delivery was complete, when it was obvious no one had shown up. I have a notification on my iPhone that my water was delivered 30 minutes ago. I'm staring at a bunch of empties that were neither collected nor replaced. And the agent says they can't ask the driver to come BACK to my house. So I call them, again. This time they tell me that my account is on a replacement service they no longer offer. So they now need a fixed number of bottles with every delivery. The burden is now shifted to me to increase or decrease the order every week. Oh, and they can't have anyone here for another week. No way, no more. My highest possible recommendation... to stay away.
