Crowley Pure Water is a self-service refillable water place that is clean, organized and simple. Yet, they do sell some snacks and bottled drinks. I was surprised that they also sell Mitchell's Ice Cream there. $15.50 for 1/2 gallon tub. They have a good variety flavors. I've had the Halo Halo and Green Tea Ice cream which were both delicious. The place is clean. Self service there were no offers of assistance. Plenty of parking and even a designated spot. Vending machines for snacks and drinks. Big selection of Mitchell's ice cream. However this place charges 50c per gallon instead of other waters where it is 35c a gallon. Debatable on returning because of price. read more

So clean! Well kept and organized. Best water dispensary I've seen. I'm so glad this place is down the street from where I live. Cropley Pure Water sells Ice Cream and snacks in addition to the regular water bottles, jugs and canisters. There is a very friendly (filipino...at least I think she is) lady who is always there....very polite, helpful and sweet. Then there is the water itself...EXCELLENT! can't leave that part out! As of this review price is at $0.30 per gallon. $0.25 if you buy a card or membership. Only down side is the parking lot...the parking in the plaza is terrible; cramped narrow spaces, and not enough of them. read more

We have been getting our drinking water here for about two years. It's filtered, priced fairly, and easy to get to transport thanks to the the little carts they provide. Parking can be an issue, but thankfully they have an unloading area that is reserved just for the store. They also have Mitchell's ice cream from SF. I haven't bought any yet, but I will rectify that next time. It's a pretty straight forward experience and if you want fresh filtered water, then this is the place for you. I've been going to Cropley for nearly two years and have always had a good experience. People are friendly, they wipe down each station after use, and you can grab ice cream along the way. I really like the pre-paid card option so I don't have to take out my card every time. read more

Great mom and pop shop. The owners are very friendly as they always greet you when you come in. They even pick up the cart from your car when you are done. Couldn't ask for better service from this local shop. $20 can get you a prepaid card for 100 gallons. Definitely go here for water if you are in the area. read more

Every time I come here, the lady (I believe, is the owner?) is always super nice. She's really friendly, and quiet at time. Clean water, never came across any unsanitary items. Ok, this is totally random, but this water place sells Mitchell's Ice Cream- you know, THE Mitchell's from San Francisco. It is the only place in the South Bay that sells it. The upside is that you don't have to drive all they way to The City, find parking, and wait in line. The price is the same as in the City too! The down side is that they don't have all the flavors. Today they had Chocolate Chip, Peach, Mango, and a bunch of the "tropical" flavors. I would give 5 Stars if he had more flavors. The store owner goes up to SF to pick up the ice cream from Mitchells when his supply runs low. I requested Mexican Chocolate and Pumpkin (my personal favorites)... We'll see if he actually picks those up. Never had Mitchell's? You are missing out on the best Ice Cream around!
