She added Violet to the reddish hair, and it's amazing!! We hen it comes to cutting my hair, I usually leave that up to her, since I can never decide exactly what I want!! Her's is AMWAYS a winner in the end result!! She also does my husband who has been with his style forever! Again... she always does exactly what he wants!! But a week or so, he wanted short again. It wasn't the best look for him and his pure white gorgeous hair! Once again, he listened to his desires and he came away with a very short, but amazing cut. I am so impressed with the hairstylist, Jesus! He washed, cut, and styled my hair for a very competitive price! The best deal I have found in YEARS! I have long hair down my backside and wanted a trim and my long front layers freshened up. He did so good! I highly recommend and will be returning to him for future cuts! The only complaint is that he is a little difficult to get a hold of. I assume that he's super busy because he's just so good and that's why he was a bit unresponsive over text. $$$ I went to Aqua because the reviews were great for a certain stylist and the price rating was what I would think is affordable at $$. A different stylist, Ivette, greeted me and showed me pics of her clients and I agreed to have her do my hair. In 20 years, I have never paid this much. She quoted me $160 to do a bleach and color weave on the top 1/3 of my hair. Ivette was SUPER nice, friendly, we had good conversation and she was easy on my scalp, lol. (That is important too!) Ivette had double booked herself with another client coming in 1/2 hour after my appointment time so she had to go back and forth between us at a point for a few hours. I was at the salon for a whopping 3-1/2hours. The end product is nice, I'm happy with it but I can't afford to go back at this price. read more

Eduardo has been doing my hair for a while and has done a good job for the most part, but the last few times have just been an unpleasant experience. He's been unreliable with both the quality of work and time. The previous two times he has taken over three hours to do my hair (simple color and cut) and prioritizes other clients. He takes on far too many clients at a time, hence the long wait to get out of there. I guess they value a buck more than the quality of work. The prices have also been absurd. I've been overcharged twice. I've recommended this salon and Eduardo in specific, and I highly regret it. Others that have gone on my recommendation have had the same experience. If I could give negative stars I would. I was lured in by the great reviews with the promise of an amazing result. This is not what I got! My "esthetician" was Amanda, I told her I liked my eyebrows on the thicker side - that's all; then I proceeded to allow her to do her job. Not only did she reek of cigarette smoke, she waxed and and waxed and waxed with not only hard wax but also with regular wax, then tweezed and trimmed.....this went on for what seemed like 30 minutes. As it was happening, I thought "wow, she's really through, my eyebrows are going to look amazing!" Boy was I wrong, they looked like a 3 year old had gone at them, not only did they not have a shape, there's a now a hole in my right one and all the waxing broke my skin out! They weren't even clean, there was not one semblance of a clear sharp line anywhere! I had to spend an additional 30 minutes and $10 with an an at home wax kit to fix them as best as I could. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! read more

Love this place! It is always hustle bustle in here. I have never been here when it wasn't super busy (so make your appointment well in advance). I was super scared when I went in here because I had been bottle dying for years (I'm cheap). I am now an adult (ok, I've been one for a long time, but now I am starting to act like one) and wanted to go lighter but was scared to do it myself. Carrie worked wonders! She warned me straight out that it could go bad, but it didn't! It turned out fantastic. Yay! I'm so excited to have found my new go to hair salon. Tried coming for the first time after my regular place seemed to be too busy (all the time). Had a 5:00pm appointment for me and a friend.. Got there at 4:30 and we were helped right away. Eduardo was our hairstylist.... First thing he did was offer us water which I really appreciated. Then I told him I wanted to cut off my damaged hair but still wanted my hair to look long, and for the first time ever I said "do what you think is best" and he did... And I love it. I also told him I don't know how to do much with my hair and he showed me how to curl it and I just think those are the extra steps that provides amazing customer service. First of all Jill, the proprietor is the nicest person.. She is accommodating to your schedule, and goes out of her way to make it the best experience.. That is if being wrapped up and cooked can be a great experience.. Well, it is here. The salon is on the outside southwest corner of the gym. It is very clean and Jill pays extra attention to every detail. She has background music, dims the lights, has a monitor in case you get too hot, she checks in you.. I don't like to right bad reviews but I feel I must unfortunately advice potential clients of the experience I had with Eduardo recently. I advised him of my issues with my hair and he said he could help me with my problem. At the end, he cut my hair the way he wanted not what I wanted and I walked out with the same problem. I contacted him couple of days later asking him to fix the problem (it took several days for him to get back to me) and he basically said he did not have time for me. I'v been going to Aqua for years! I love all of the ladies and usually get my hair done by Carrie or Julie. I have really long and thick hair. They never over charge me for the amount of hair I have (a LOT of highlights!) and I always come out looking great. I've done everything from really short to a complete color change and then back to blonde. Julie also gave me a Brazillian Blowout. I have never been disappointed. All of the nail ladies are also great! I've been referring people here for years because I always get so many compliments. They also have a HUGE parking lot so that's a bonus too! read more

I had an appointment today with Steve, and I absolutely love the way he did my hair. I honestly wasn't sure what I was looking for other than getting rid of some of the black box hair dye, that I had done for years on my own.
