The amount of care and detail this company put into even the smallest things was so heartwarming for us. Gina was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient, providing us with exceptional service. I expected that I was going to finalize details and pay the balance, instead I was ending the meeting and finding another mortuary to take charge. The only positive thing was the care team that took charge of his remains. I was charged a transfer fee which I feel Miller Jones should've taken the loss since it was their representative who misled me. Initially I was also told that they would issue me a full refund, but I had to pay the $600 first. I felt that was stupid and they should've just deducted the $600 from what I had paid. I was informed that was their policy. I fussed so much that they finally did deduct the fee and issued me a check for the difference in a day or so. After my husband was in the care of another company, Miller Jones posted an online obituary without my knowledge or approval. I had to contact them to have it removed.

This is such a serene place with many upright monuments - quite a few over 100 years old. Some of the deceased have impressive personal and professional accomplishments (according to the net). It seems like these grounds are cared for by people who understand the importance of our loved one's final resting place. Honestly, my brother is buried in a cemetery in South Orange County (uppity uppity) and it is not even in the same ballpark as this cemetery. Keep your family close and if you have to make a choice, keep home family near and dear.

I understand there's portal calls and policies that the employees have to follow but they are so rude and passive when it comes to assisting customers. After reading some reviews and reading the owners responses to one star reviews it seems as if the management doesn't care to take accountability and deflects/blames the customer. My uncles best friend is buried here also so when he passed there was no question where to burry him but had my family had an option we would've considered another memorial park. Ensure you read the reviews because it will save you from feeling more negative emotions already during a hard time in life. Update: the response to my review practically sums up how the last few years have been dealing with this place.

They took the time to double-check all payments and paperwork to make sure everything was handled correctly, which gave us peace of mind during such a stressful time. A special thank you to Kimberly, Anthony, and Oswaldo for going above and beyond for our family. They truly cared about helping us and even took the time to look for the best package for my father's funeral so our family could make the best decision possible. Their kindness, patience, and support meant a lot to us during such a hard time. They treated us with care and respect every step of the way. We are very grateful for everything they did and highly recommend to anyone in need of funeral services.

The site was in desperate need of maintenance having been overgrown and nearly covered in which did not allow space for flowers to be placed upon visits. They followed up no less than a week later to advise that the site had been completely renovated with a new plate, as well as new and additional spaces to place flowers. They have been very attentive with the other sites we visit also, by making sure the spaces for flowers for our family are consistently maintained. They have made the overall experience not only more comfortable, but more special. Sincerest gratitude! Mrs. Virginia Villafan.

He allowed us to basically run the service away that we wanted it based on the guidelines and what we paid for he always gave us more time because he understands the difficulties of emotions and feelings during this time. Thank you so much for such an amazing service although I hope to never ever see you again soon if ever there was a need which the circle of life says there will be we will definitely be returning here. Don't expect to watch your loved one's casket actually lowered into the ground either. You have to pay over $300 more for that to happen. We were actually told that we needed to leave so they could do so. Why? No idea. Obviously, they are going to do so, so why would it matter if you are there or not?! I've been to many funerals and at no time did they asked for a casket liner (in case the person needs to be exhumed, not optional.) and not once was there an upcharge to watch the casket placed in the ground. Odd they don't require a liner in Wisconsin or Minnesota where they actually have weather. My suggestion is to ask to be cremated, unless you have an extra $10k laying around.

Brandon and his staff are very empathetic and attentive to any and all of your needs. We never had to ask for anything. They anticipated our every need. When they had learned that my father in law was a classic car enthusiast, they offered the services of their 1947 Cadillac Hearse. His friends all commented that he would have loved that his last ride was in such a beautiful car. We can't say enough about how well we were treated. Even though he had a service going, he took the time to sit down with us and review the process, what services he provides, and fees. No computers, book, or calculating was needed. He knew all costs off the top of his head and was familiar with the cemetery and church that we were considering. He gave us his card and told us to call him when the time comes. No money was needed in advance, no paperwork needed to be signed, and no pressure was given to select Preston and Simons. When the time came, he took care of my mother and family. He gave us his personal phone number and was always available to answer all questions. Because of him, we had a death certificate ready within a week, a service booked through him, the cemetery booked, casket ordered, and flowers ordered. Still no money exchanged hands as we were waiting on life insurance. He was aware of this and never requested fees from us knowing it would come the day of the service. The facility itself was spacious and offers an upstairs reception area at an additional cost. We used this for family and friends to sit together after the viewing and eat while waiting for the service. The space was well worth the money. Brandon's character is the true seller. He is kind and compassionate. He didn't make our questions or needs seem like a burden and was always quick to respond. He is very much an expert in his field and connected with his community. This is a place I hope I don't have to return to for many decades, but when the time comes this will be the place for me and my family.
