However, the interior cleaning was amazing, especially for $60ish. Sure, you can probably get a slightly better deep cleaning at a detailing service, but that will cost you $200 or more. For $60, they vacuumed everywhere, cleaned all of the seats and dashes, and made the floor mats look spotless. It was a complete transformation. And it all only took about 45 minutes (there's a great coffee shop a couple blocks away, look at my reviews for info about that while you wait). If you are looking for a great value interior car cleaning, this is your spot!

The front of my vehicle--where bugs and grime build up--rarely comes out clean. I've noticed there's an automatic sprayer aimed at the front, but honestly, it doesn't do much. What's really needed is the handheld sprayer that staff can use while vehicles go through, but it's never used. I understand the importance of keeping cars moving efficiently, but for the price, customers want and deserve a car that actually looks clean. Another frustration is that staff on-site can't (or don't) assist with changes to your wash plan. Anytime there's an issue, you're told to contact customer service instead of being helped in the moment. It would be much more convenient and reassuring if small adjustments or questions could be handled right then and there. We recently moved an hour away from the car wash and had a billing issue with being charged monthly, even though I thought I had canceled it back several months ago. The general manager, Tony (and employee Mike prior to speaking with Tony) were both EXTREMELY helpful and VERY patient with me and my situation. i explained we had moved an hour away and wouldn't be using them anymore. Even though they knew it would be unusual for us to do business with them in the future because of the logistics, they both were incredibly helpful!!! Real talk, the lines can be long so prepare for that scenario for winter. There isn't really anything they can do when the line goes past DQ. Went to the website and they gave me a free month of whatever wash for a trial. I got the works of course which is normally 39.99 a month. Most times I visited, they didnt have an attendant when you pull in which was a little different than what I'm used to, but they had a little screen to tell you when to pull in and when to put your car in neutral. One thing I thought was super helpful was when you pull in, the screen also tells you what car wash you purchased, so I knew exactly what I was getting. A few times during the month, it gave me the wrong wash but since I had unlimited, I just drove through again. After the wash, pull around to the vacuums and they also had the self serve mat cleaners. This was my first time using them, you can have them clean with or without water. You press a button, stick the mat in and it comes out the bottom. Only once did I have a mat get stuck, otherwise, great experience. Only complaint about the car wash, which is the same for every one I've tried is that it never completely dries the car off. I think everyone just does it themselves in the vacuum area, but I can dream cant i.

The manager knocked on my closed window indicating I needed to move over to the left. First rule. There are certain things you do not touch unless you are given permission. A person''s car is one of them. Secondly your lack of planning, engineering and direction does not constitute an emergency for me. I looked at the manager and then looked forward with a blunt flat affect which is deserving of the chaos outside my car that was happening . A suggestion would be to place an employee in the middle of the lane after the gates to direct which car is next in line This might help solve the problem. Not having an appointment for 9/16 I joined the waitlist for an express interior detailing. Online their website lists the price for such service at 100$ (plus is your car is trashed) for a coupe/sedan. Chris, their detailer, was nice enough to fit me in. He did ok work, (did break my trunk latch button) and then sent it through their tunnel wash before leaving for his lunch break. However, when I went to pay for the service, I was hit with a 135$ bill. The less than friendly cashier woman told me I had to take it up with Chris, even though he would be gone for the next hour, and refused to call him. I showed her the price for a coupe online, and her statement was, well maybe he wanted to charge me extra for something and didn't write it down. She invited me to take a seat and wait an hour. Will update this the end result. Either I'm refunded to the original 100$ price and the stars go up to 2 (the front desk woman is the sole reason for this) or I'm left with a 135$ and two hours of my life gone. 1 star. UPDATE: stars went up to 2 because Chris came back from lunch, apologized that he accidentally ticketed the Small SUV price, and knocked an extra 10% off.
