Do not use this service period. Broke something in your car. Did well on one part but forgot the window and vacuum. Chris will never own up to his deal or show up to finish the job. He has all the excuses under the moon not to come back and finish the job and yet, he will come up with some excuses to charge you more. He doesn't know how to communicate with his customers. He will make the customer feel like the poor job he does is the customer's fault and treat you like the business owner and not the customer, and he doesn't realize it. It is very sad that he charges a lot of money. The money is good but he doesn't do his job as well as he takes the good money from his customers. He can't keep up with his deal and numbers therefore he doesn't even know his own business. When you take a lot of money from people and do not deliver accordingly it is usually that big fat money will have a hard time staying safely in your own pocket. Used this detailing company before and they did an above average job. Thought I would hire them again to detail a car I was getting ready to sell along with my girlfriends car. I got the work scheduled and they arrived at my home to detail my car. I was at work and informed Chris the car was unlocked and ready so they could get to work. The car is a little older but definitely still in good shape with a few minor scratches on the bumpers other than that there were no major issues. Came home to find that my car was clean with the exception of wax all over my black exterior plastic that was now white. The bigger part was that there was now a major crack in my windshield! Gave Chris a call and of course had every explanation and excuse It was not them and that it has never happened it must have been there before they started. Even though I know for a fact there were no cracks. It is extremely frustrating to try to have a conversation that I left with a non cracked windshield whatsoever and came home to a massive crack that spreads along almost the entire glass. Chris denied this happened and is accepting no fault. The fact of the matter is I left with a windshield with no issues and came home to a major crack at my expense . A $300 car detailing turned into an $850 detail. Couldn't express more the frustration and the extreme poor customer service. Biggest advise would be don't use these guys but if you do, make sure you do a full review of all details of your car before they lay hands on it. Don't use them and find someone else! read more

I booked an interior clean with Chris for 3:30 yesterday. I got a text saying they would arrive 4-4:15. That's fine. Then at 4p I got a text saying they'd be late. They arrived at 5:20 when the sun was setting. I asked if they would be able to do the job because it was getting dark. He said they could reschedule but I said I'm going out of town and just to cancel it. He wanted to keep the sale and said he'll come in the morning, discount the interior and give a free exterior wash. I saw he was trying to make things right and since I wasn't leaving for my trip until the afternoon, I agreed. They showed up at 7:45ish. Again, late. They got to work without talking to me first. They finished around 9:15 and I immediately noticed the car wasn't washed. I asked about that and his response was he'd rather focus on the interior than wash the exterior. The car looked ok. A few spots missed. Then I asked how much I owed as the original quote was $250 BEFORE the discount. He said $250. He said since he was able to get it done before my trip that $250 felt fair to him. So he negated on both incentives to earn business back and didn't bother to mention this until AFTER the work was completed. Him offering those incentives is what led me to give him a try. He said he'd come back to wash it if I'd like but I feel like I can't take him for his word. If I have a trip this afternoon, dont you think I i may have errands in the morning to run before heading out? But instead my car's tied up because it's being serviced. That's an inconvenience. A company should make that right. Not say they will and then back out. I told him that's fine he wants to make a one-time sale of $250 rather than a having a repeated client. Also, had he done what he said he was going to do, he would have made for than just $250 because I'm a very generous tipper. So he got the flat $250, no gratuity and no future business from us. Called to see if I could do a walk-in, turns out they don't have a physical location but come out to your house which is even more convenient! They usually go by appointment but I was lucky enough to get same day service on a Saturday (which is usually a busy day for them.) Originally we had scheduled my appointment for 3pm but as they were ahead of schedule they called & made sure it was ok to come an hour earlier. I had an interior detail done. It took 1 hour for them to finish up & nothing else was needed from me other than to unlock the car & complete the payment at the very end of the process. Plus, their website was very clear-cut and straight forward with pricing. It was easy to pick the level of service I wanted simply from their menu-style website. I am beyond impressed by the time and attention that was put into transforming my car today. Chris's work is impeccable!! I have a 2010 VW beetle and she's my baby. She hasn't been pampered in quite some time and today, after Chris and his team member worked their magic, she looks brand new!!! Amazing!! I have four dogs, two black chihuahuas and two large labs (a yellow and a chocolate). They all shed and slobber and do what fur babies do. Sufficed to say, Bella (my yellow lab) leaves behind a trail of hair every time we get in the car. My seats are white leather and I have black carpet. Because of my passengers, and the fact that I haven't taken time to give her the attention she needs - she was a mess!!!! Before Chris detailed my car, my back seats were far from white and my black carpet looked grey bc of all the white hair. And the exterior, and interior dash and console, all needed some serious attention. He didn't just clean my leather seats, he also conditioned them. I really am amazed at the transformation. Icing on the cake for me is the fact that they came to my home, they are mobile. I have definitely found a gem of a company and highly recommend them!
