No water has been delivered to my house since 29 May 2025,…read moreand today is 16 June 2025, and I can't reach anyone; they have absolutely no customer service in the USA but a Call center overseas response for non delivery but I got charged twice 05/24/2025$10.10 and 05/31/2025$12.20! It is a joke. with these messages: We are unable to deliver your Primo Brands order and have rescheduled it for 05/29/25.We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We are unable to deliver your Primo Brands order and have rescheduled it for 05/30/25.We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience We are unable to deliver your Primo Brands order and have rescheduled it for 06/02/25.We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Hi MATTHEW, Primo Brands will deliver your order on 06/03/25. Have empty 3 or 5 gallon bottles? Please leave them out for us to pick up.     Botched up Delivery EVERY SINGLE TIME!…read more The level of inefficiency in this company is just mind boggling. The customer service is non-existent. Their delivery personnel are extremely unprofessional and liars. WORST, WORST, & WORST TO INFINITY COMPANY!! False claims about delivery 1) Delivery is NEVER on time. 2) The delivery drivers either don't read the delivery instructions or don't understand them, or they simply choose to ignore them. 3) Delivery drivers formally report that items as being delivered when in reality they are not. Customers are left scrambling going door to door looking for the items in case they were delivered to the wrong address. I have called and complained about the above issues MULTIPLE times. The representatives simply "take a message" which then probably goes to die in some unknown graveyard. EVERY DELIVERY is a problem, and I have to call and follow up MULTIPLE times for ONE delivery to happen. Why is it so difficult for them to fix this problem when multiple customers are complaining about the same issue? Why do I need to stress and call and follow up multiple times to get every single delivery in spite of specific delivery instructions being in place and paying top dollar for the product? If you cannot guarantee timely delivery or professional delivery personnel who can read, comprehend and follow directions, then stop charging delivery fees on every order!!!     These folks never sent an invoice to the correct location of my buiness. I did not receive an…read moreinvoice so they charged me a late fee and then and Email. I responded to the email then with a phone call I was told they would not wave the late fee. I told them to come get thier water. I did not get a cooler from them as I had my own. Tehy never came to get the bottles and continued to charge me. VERY deceptive and corrupt company.
