False claims about delivery 1) Delivery is NEVER on time. 2) The delivery drivers either don't read the delivery instructions or don't understand them, or they simply choose to ignore them. 3) Delivery drivers formally report that items as being delivered when in reality they are not. Customers are left scrambling going door to door looking for the items in case they were delivered to the wrong address. I have called and complained about the above issues MULTIPLE times. The representatives simply "take a message" which then probably goes to die in some unknown graveyard. EVERY DELIVERY is a problem, and I have to call and follow up MULTIPLE times for ONE delivery to happen. Why is it so difficult for them to fix this problem when multiple customers are complaining about the same issue? Why do I need to stress and call and follow up multiple times to get every single delivery in spite of specific delivery instructions being in place and paying top dollar for the product? If you cannot guarantee timely delivery or professional delivery personnel who can read, comprehend and follow directions, then stop charging delivery fees on every order!!! They arrived and stated that that service was not needed and was unnecessary. System sanitizing is covered on page 10 of the RO manual (Culligan AC30 Reverse Osmosis System) and page 33 of the Culligan Gold Series water softener. I have been sanitizing my water devices since they were installed over 20 years ago. The Service Tech was asked to leave our premises because of his insistence that sanitizing was unnecessary. I'm not sure if this gentleman missed the training on sanitization or what? I went to the Kentuckiana Culligan website a while back and found out that their option to leave a review was not functional, curious. There are other Culligan options in Southern part of our state but none will service me because of the exclusivity of contracts with Culligan Corporate.

There's even a cute airplane wine rack table! The owner's are very friendly and communicate quickly. They have decorated this unit thoughtfully. It's spacious and laid out nicely. The sound bar will rock the house!! If the sound isn't working but the unit is on, just press power to reboot it. The couch/lounger is so soft and squishy. Perfect for kicking back to watch the TV. The fridge is so clean it looks brand new! Who am I kidding? This entire place is so clean! Like it is pristine! The bath towels behind the bathroom door are beach towel sized, which I love! The rain shower head is so nice. The hot water is instant, unlike at my house where it takes forever to heat up the water in the kitchen. This is a nice and cozy spot with touches of the industrial flair of the structure. However it feels luxurious in every way. The bed is very comfortable, and the bed linens are heavenly. The are like the ones at Hampton Inn that everyone loves! There's even a beautiful silk robe that made me feel expensive lol The only downside is the train horn. The train itself isn't bad, but when they blow the horn in the middle of the night it was frustrating. They provide earplugs in the basket on the shelf at the foot of the bed. I used them my second night and was just fine. It's funny because they used the horn at intersections a few times during the night, but early morning no horn! Then later in the day they used it. The earplugs were a must! I think it would be great to live in this building. I know other reviews talked about noise but we didn't hear anyone else in the halls or anywhere the whole weekend. It is a seemingly calm building. This is a wonderful place to stay and we will be back! I couldn't wait to show my husband and he was very impressed. It looks exactly like the photos in every way. There have been cars stolen out of the parking lot. There is a company that boots cars in the parking lot, and the owners of the building get a cut. They boot registered cars all the time, and getting them to fix their mistake is nearly impossible. The majority of the people that live here are nice, but a few are disrespectful and oftentimes you find trash, beer, vandalism in the hallways and elevator. They sell the building as "secure" but when magnetic locks stop working it takes them months to get around to fixing it. A UofL dorm is being built behind it, and they are building a bridge into the parking lot. When the bridge is complete, expect the crime rate to skyrocket in the lot.
