The Ready Refresh app is NOT user friendly and doesn't allow changes to your order. yesterday i received a double order and was charged incorrectly. when I spoke to someone at customer service, she accused me of lying about the product that was delivered!! This company will rip you off even after your account is "closed". They will continue to charge you late fees even if you've made payment and claim they close your account. They don't pick up and take weeks to respond to your online request and will continue to charge you despite having emails proving your account should be closed. read more

Why would you ever do business with a company that does not give out its phone number. I just wanted a simple question answered before I finished my order for monthly service. You start your order thinking the delivery price is included in the price of the water and then find out you have to pay $60 per year for delivery. Luckily this caused me to do some more searching and I found a better deal! read more

I have never experienced such bad customer service. Every time I call, I'm on hold for 20-25 minutes. I've given up waiting and hung up I don't know how many times. I had the service, but then realized that was a lot more expensive than I had anticipated...$6.99 for three gallons of water. I cancelled my service and had them come and pick up my dispenser and the water they had brought the day before, without taking the empties because they left it at my front door instead of the back door like I had requested. They charged my account anyway and now I'm not getting a refund. It's been over a month since they picked up their product and I've been told twice that I could expect a refund within three business days. Nothing! I'm not even able to get through on their phone now. It just says they are busy and hangs up on me. I've emailed three times and they keep telling me to call customer service. I'd select zero stars if that was an option. I've been trying to cancel my account for 2 months, but every time I call customer service, because the only way to cancel your account is over the phone, I am greeted with a message that says "due to high call volume, customer service is unavailable". Thats not how this works. Non existent customer service on top of the fact that they the water dispenser I purchased from them is no longer functioning and they have no service or tech team, it was out of warranty after having it for only 18 months and the only way to fix it was to replace it for another $500. After I asked them to pick up the water they just delivered and refund me the money, they added a credit to my account, for water I cannot use. Absolutely awful company that has given me my share of headaches and has still yet to resolve my issue. Never use ready refresh. read more

Then the woman in costumer service hung up on me. when I called back she picked and and didn't say a word and then hung up, and when I called back a 3rd time, they cut their phones off and said to "visit their website". We've dealt with this company since Arrowhead sold to them in California a few years ago. They can't deliver invoices via email -- we're a business, I'm not leaving my credit card on the site. Then they cut us off of water because we didn't pay because they didn't get invoices to me. All employees are Chinese and they really DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS!!! It would be less of a hassle (and so much less expense even with employee costs of errands!!!) to run to Costco 45 minutes away for water and a water cooler than to deal with the idiots at Ready Refresh ... just say no and READ THESE REVIEWS. read more

I have been with them for 2 years- in that amount of time they have consistently billed at times the order for next water was cancelled- I just broke loose from them and they charged another $50 for reconditioning the water dispenser. They are thieves, as another person mentioned! I wished I would have read all these reviews before partnering with them- they are very dishonest about their pricing!!! Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional approach to business. Placed an order, they scheduled it to be delivered 3 times, now its almost a month and it is still not delivered. Each of those 3 delivery days they didn't show up. Well, they showed up the third time, but delivered a totally wrong item and billed for it! Customer service people are never available, but when they are, they would admit the fault, be extremely polite, but still will do nothing, also, they seem to be outsourced from a different continent. I have 12 large gallon waters here and Ready Refresh keeps delivering more and more every week. I have tried calling, emailing and leaving messages. I have no more room in my garage for these 5 gallon water bottles. The phone number goes to voice mail and yet I keep getting invoices by mail. How can I stop this? This is crazy. I tried to cancel my account 5x's. They said my account is on hold for non payment and yet the next day I get another 4 huge bottles. Help me someone! read more

CREDIT CARD FRAUD..........BY PHONE REP TODAY.......3-10-22. Do not use this company. They just charged my credit card for more than I agreed to on the RECORDING with the rep. We went over it several times before I agreed to do the card. Been trying for 2 months to get them to call or respond to the email they say to send and they will respond in 5-7 business days. .......What a LIE. They do not respond ....so after 2 months I got a person from another country ---again--- who has now committed BANK FRAUD on my credit card today 3-10-22. Which can be verified by them pulling the call because it is recoded. Good luck reaching them. Calling their Corporate office in KY tomorrow. When I saw it and tried to email them from their site it said : closed no http. This was from THEIR website where you email them. It prefills most of your info . from your existing account. Told delivery coming 2 different months, even got 2 robo calls delivery coming and still a no show. When I could get a rep I was told they only had sparkling water and no other kind available with no info as to when they would have water. Told not to pay bill by them on 1-7-22 while they investigated and I was given a case#, and until today after 4-5 more calls and case# and 5-6 reps they did not do what we agreed to do on a RECORDED LINE TODAY. Now they have committed a crime and it was recorded. This company is crooked and you can't get an American rep. ABSOLUTE WORST! they canceled my acct after 4 mths and I called and they really didn't give me an answer, come to find out it's bc I didn't meet their quota. After they canceled, they took the remaining bal of the cooler from my bank acct. Now close to 4 wks and numerous calls, everyone I have spoken to promises to escalate the issue to "Accounting" which you can't speak with. I am beyond frustrated. I want my $115 back. They didn't even tell me they were taking the money out of bank account, is that even legal. And trying to get a customer rep is ridiculous....Do Not deal with this company. The worst company to deal with and absolutely, no way to contact a live person. The rates go up without any notices in mail or via email. For couple of months, I had no delivery, but I am billed for some bull shit charges that I have to fight for. Have sent numerous emails in regard to unwanted charges but no response. On the mobile app, I sent a message, and this is the reply " we will get back to you in 5 to 7 business days". I used to have Hinckley and Schmidt water service, they had the best customer service and drivers are very friendly. they took our water dispenser and replaced it without our asking. didnt see or hear from them for months. then slap us with a bill. we told them we didnt want the water machine and then they tell us there will be a re-homing fee. seems mlike a bit of a scam considering they took our dispenser and replaced it with their own only to not deliver water and then charge us for a dispenser we didnt want, need, or ask for. read more

WORST customer service of any company I've ever dealt with!!! TERRBLE!! The only phone # the company provides is answered with the message the all reps are busy. Then no one picks up. Had to finally (after 2 WEEKS!) announce that I needed help with another area than trying to close account in order to get someone to answer. Since I couldn't otherwise get thru on the posted CS #, I tried emailing, as they requested. After receiving a pop-back email saying thanks for your email, we'll respond in 5-7 business days, I'm still waiting (after 2 weeks) for a response to ANY of them. Wanted to cancel deliveries due to completely unreliable CS. They change their promised delivery days willy nilly. Arranged to skip a delivery (had too many full bottles from prior delivery) new date was confirmed to be March 17. Received email on Feb. 12 at 3:59pm reminding me that the delivery would be Feb. 15. Email also stated that no changes could be made to the order after 12noon the day is was delivered (3:59!) So: 1) the email came in on a Sat; 2) it came in at 3:59pm; 3) body of email said no changes after 12noon that day; 4) I had been promised my next delivery wouldn't be until March 17, and here they were telling me it would be Feb. 15. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. We canceled our water delivery in December because they continued to raise the price. When I called customer service, there was a message that you had to send a message through their website. We cancelled our account via their "contact us" on the website. We were billed and paid $8.48 in Feb and March which was paid directly to our credit card. We sent 2 more cancelation messages in Feb and March after trying to get someone live to no avail. We were finally able to speak to them via phone and they told us they were billing us for the water cooler rental. We told them to come to get it immediately. They sent someone out to pick it up and they shut off access to our online account where we could view the billing in March. We started getting bills again in May. They ranged from $40 to $100 dollars. We had not received water and didn't have their cooler. We tried calling them and we emailed them and they never resolved the issue. We called again last month and got a real person. They said all the charges were late fees. We had continued to pay their random $8.48 after canceling for 2 months and we owe them nothing. They said we needed to talk to a different department and someone would call us back within 2 hours. We never got a callback. Today we received a letter saying they are sending us to collections for $104.84 which is for "late charges" on an account that was closed in December and we continued to pay on through March.
