Turns out our current Pool Guy was treating our pool as chlorine and it had a saltwater system (something I regularly questioned our normal Pool Guy but was routinely dismissed) Eddie and his guys came by a couple of times and completely reset our system. Saving us from having to buy a brand new pool heaters, which we had just bought two years ago. Our pool is now functioning perfectly and looks amazing, and is actually saltwater again. After Jesus repaired the heater, he evaluated the overall condition of our pool -- which was in bad shape with black algae and constantly looking dirty -- and explained exactly what needed to be done to bring it back to life. After seeing how knowledgeable and reliable Jesus was, we decided to switch to him for our regular pool maintenance -- and it's made a huge difference! Our saltwater pool is now completely algae-free and looks better than it ever has. Since working with him, Jesus has also helped us troubleshoot a wireless connection issue with our Pentair system and got it working again with the phone app. He's very knowledgeable about pool equipment and always takes the time to explain things clearly. Him and I had a good working relationship. I can't say the same about my new tech as he doesn't speak english and the new manager won't facilitate a way for us to communicate. It was just discovered that my conditioner was at zero, so chlorine wasn't sticking around. Compound that issue with some other ones, such as rain, and it's a recipe for a perfect storm. I'm generally pretty laid back, but I expect good communication. What happened next is what let me know I was ready to move on. Things go wrong. It happens and I'm usually very understanding, but the new owner/manager refused to give me a phone call so we can remedy the situation. She then sends me a wall of text. I ask her to call me again and she sends me an even bigger wall of text. I felt like I was in a fight with my highschool girlfriend. The kicker is that she is blatantly incompetent. It wouldn't even be that bad, but she is also incredibly unreasonable. I know she has a lot going on in life right now as other reviewers have mentioned, but not taking ownership of a problem, trying to gatekeep communication, and treating customers this way is obviously not the right way to run a business.

When we initially discussed and agreed on service, it was made clear and agreed by Sam that this pool is not your typical chlorine tub, we have specific chemicals (that we provide!) that are safer alternatives and work for this hot tub. Sam agreed to use these and NOT his chemicals or chlorine & to let me know when we needed more. I trusted him to handle this and care for the spa - fast forward... it's clear he wasn't showing up or was showing up just to dump a bunch of chlorine into the water and then leaving. The water was all chlorine and nothing else. It was gross, the filters were disgusting and needed changing but it was never communicated that we were out of chemicals or that they needed reordering or that we needed new filters. Furthermore, our water pump is AUDIBLY broken. If he knew anything about a spa, he would have heard that and should have flagged it to us that we need to have it looked at. The water was low as well and, with a hose a few feet away, there is no excuse for this either. There's also a broken handle that was never flagged. I think he saw a hot tub that didn't get regular use and just didn't care to properly service it. I don't know what he has been doing but it is NOT maintenance. We now have to pay an additional person to come in and fix it (very costly at this point) and will be looking for anyone else for service. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! They will not listen or even do the bare minimum. You will have to micromanage and babysit to make sure that they are taking care of your pool/spa correctly. These guys do not communicate and you're better off servicing everything yourself.

If you need repairs then pls run away fast. They replaced pool pump couplings and the pressure suddenly went to zero. Pool pump struggled but it kept going until about 2 weeks after repair. It stopped priming one day. They tried to troubleshoot but all I heard back was you need a new pump. Well as it turns out they broke the housing. Impeller warped because pump cld not prime due to broken housing . Ended up spending over $500 on parts and labor to get pool working again. You have been warned.
