Let it dry and pool was functioning better then ever.. no more air bubbles in the return side. Whenever I had an issue with the pool I would reach out to Edward and instead of an explanation he would be very short and just respond "ok" or not respond at all! I had some issues with the pool filter several times where after awhile the pressure would decrease and the waterfall would not flow into the pool and the pool would not filter correctly. I would ask him to look at it or let me know if there was something wrong and how we could fix the issue. He would service the pool and never do anything about the issue. This issues started causing the pool to turn cloudy and his response was the pool is being over used, when in fact we hadn't used the pool in 2 weeks. He would charge me one time fees here and there of $60 $80 or $50 due to extra chemicals needed. Then he increased our monthly service charge twice in a 3 month period, which I never complained about I just wanted the pool maintained properly. Just seemed like he wanted more and more money to do the job he was hired to do! At some point I decided to do some research on my own to fix the issue I found out backwashing the filter would fix the issue so I did that and the filter started working properly, Edward said I needed to add DE when I back wash it and he would add it but was very rude and said he had to charge me $80 I told him I could add it myself and not to worry about it. He then said I was contaminating the pool and he would no longer service my pool, all because I didn't pay him $80 to add DE that cost only $5!? Edward it seems you are the one who is upset! Your response to my review obviously struck a nerve! You never did anything complimentary, and I have always paid to service the filter, you are the one who said it was included in the service then tried to charge me for it! i never complained about the extra charges! And trust me I can afford my pool and to pay an unprofessional person like you to maintain it! Look at the way you respond to your customers you are a joke! When they come to "clean" the pool, they would come for five minutes skimming the top of the pool leaving all flooring, corners and other areas dirty with build up! Pool filter completely filthy. Already hired a new company as they could tell these guys were ruining our pool. Again beware and highly recommend not hiring unless you want your pool dirty and giving away money.

Our pool filter cracked to the point of being unusable. High Desert quickly inspected and verified, recommended a replacement (that we are very happy with), and installed the replacement. While this took a lot longer than expected I do appreciate him coming over to make it right with no additional charge. Things happen and miscommunication does happen, while it took a little while longer than I had hoped, ultimately he did come over and he did fix the issue and I appreciate that. Original Post: AT FIRST was a VERY good experience. Pricing was fair, responses were quick. Seemed very caring and attentive. However following my service I had a leak coming from my filter. I brought it up to him to come check it out and he got back to me with a solution and initially asked to schedule a date. When the initial date didn't work when I reached out further to pick another he went completely dark. I reached out multiple times, included photos and video of issue and he continues to ignore my concerns. I wouldn't hire again or recommend. He was great until you pay and then seems to not care. It's unfortunate because I was in need for a pool service for my biannual filter cleanings and if I fall behind on chemical management.
