Blue Luxury responded quickly and came to look at the pool the next day. They were very upfront and honest about the issues and pricing to fix the mess. I had gotten other quotes that were similar but none had given me the explanation and full understanding of what needed to be done and why. We ended up needing to drain the pool and give it an acid wash. We set up a time and they came and completed the work as promised.
