He cleaned out 30 feet of our kitchen piping that had caused both sinks to back up and stop draining (okay, I put too much of the wrong stuff in the garbage disposal the night before). Problem solved in about an hour. Then I asked him to check the laundry room drain that had been intermittently slightly backing up. Again, problem solved! Reasonable price and half off the second repair. Good value! I learned a few valuable lessons about garbage disposals and pipes from John today. He's very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to. I figured Michael G. the president of Valley plumbing would come back with a lame excuse. So, for my edification I called two different plumbing companies with two different plumbers, Veterans Plumbing, and KB Plumbing. I asked them to tell me where the water on the floor was coming from. Both independent plumbers agreed on the same issue that there was a crack inside the tank and when the water was hot enough the crack opened up and the water would leak. Also, both companies indicated that this Brock White had rust inside, is this reasonable for a new water tank, I don't think so. I will see you in Court
