Aquatech checks all the boxes in this regard. Tom, the estimator, was extremely knowledgeable and worked with me to come up with the right answers for my job. The office staff was right on, with scheduling and invoicing me. No extra phone calls were necessary. Then came the installers. I was told they would be there at 8 AM and at 8AM there they were! Tim and Randy were completely patient and careful, and with their knowledge came up with a few solutions that really improved what I had there before. And when the job was completed there was no sign of construction debris or trash. The project was completed to my 100% satisfaction. I posted this on Google reviews as well because I am so grateful for them and their service. Aquasoltech did really stellar work and even went above and beyond. I have four filters in my gutter system that I would have to reinstall. The techs did it for me. So far, with the last storm we had their work has shown to be impeccable. My gutters were not on the roof because they are used as sort of a French drain system, and they still were able to manage and make it better than it was before. Their quote also beat all the others. I had Aquatech install rain gutters on my house quite a few years ago and have been happy with the product and installation ever since. I recently had my house painted and wanted to add additional gutters/downspouts to prevent "splashing" in certain areas. The splashing often contains dust, ash, dirt, etc., that settled on the roof and in turn would soil the stucco in certain areas. The new additional gutters and downspouts will channel the water to other areas and prevent my stucco from being prematurely soiled. Color matching of the material to the house was pretty good, as you can't really notice a difference unless you take a very close look. The estimator, as well as the install crew were great! They responded promptly and I made an appointment for an estimate. Jerry S came out and made a bid that I thought was right on the money, so I subsequently signed a contract with them. Since it was not a huge job, they sent out one man only, Ciro M., but he was the perfect man for the job. The fact that the final product turned out absolutely perfect tells me that he is a man who takes great pride in doing a job correctly. I finally decided to replace my gutters around the house. Aquatech came out quickly and was friendly and offered good feedback/suggestions for my needs. They worked with me on the timing of the installaation which was very helpful. Communication was great and I value that with a company. Ciro came out and had them completed in a day and a half or so and was dedicated to the work and friendly as well. The pricing came in at a reasonable rate compared to others and the quality looks good. Tom fixed the downspout in my patio. It had been installed in 1993 when the addition was put on my house. It separated during the recent rains. Tom was very punctual and polite. They gave a fair bid, came out and did the work in a couple hours and the rain gutters match my house perfectly. They have a machine in their truck like a 3D printer that makes the rain gutters as long as the length of the wall they put in on and it's the color of the house. Pretty Cool. Friendly.
