During the bid process Randall was very pleasant and offered me different color choices. I chose a color that wasn't in stock, but being patient paid off. Randall seemed like a good guy at first, but ended up being a bad person overall. Reputation means a lot and he's lost it with me. Very bad customer service and will not recommend him for any needs going forward. Wish I would've gone with another company. He was supposed to put in gutters for two sides of my house, but only finished one side. He then charged me for the entire money amount quoted and said he didn't agree to do both sides, but only one. He then sent me a letter accusing me of agreeing to his terms, which is incorrect. An absolute con artist move and unprofessional as well. Buyer beware. My review is based off my own interactions with you, which Yelp reviews should be. You were very unprofessional with your letter as we had already agreed to let bygones he bygones and to complete the rest of the work at $250 due to the misunderstanding we had. But then you came back to ask for more $ even after we had agreed to the price; this time written and agreed on. The entire time you blamed me for not telling you about the gutter when in reality I had. You said you wanted to make me (the customer) happy, but then your actions took on every shape and form to make me feel otherwise. Talk is cheap! If you wanted to make it right, your actions would have been different. Like I told you on the phone, the letter you sent really irked me and was the only reason I put up this review. If I could give Randall 10 stars I would! He is the best! I had rain gutters installed in 2016 and Randall gave me a 5 year warranty. I recently had a new roof installed and was told that I should call whoever installed the gutters because there was a small amount of wood rot in the fascia board at the 90 degree right angle junction of the roof and the gutters might be at fault. I contacted Randall He immediately came over to the house and fixed the problem that apparently had developed because of heat and expansion of the original caulking, or because of settling of the house over time So the problem had nothing to do with how the gutter was installed.
