The owner Greg was very professional at all times. I needed a very specific job done. 40 feet along one side of the house and a 20 foot down spout. The colors they chose matched the trim color of the house along the 40 foot section and the 20 foot down spout matched the color of my house. This kept the gutters very hidden as that was a priority. I actually collect several rain gutter service quotes ( ~5) from top rated rain gutter companies in San Deigo. And read their reviews from yelp, good comments and bad feedback. So like to leave my comments for other researchers. At beginning, I really hesitate to choose West Coast rain gutter because of (1) low price; --worry about quality-- (2) missing the appointed date ; (3) late response from Greg; I finally decided to let Greg and his three man crew install the rain gutters. (because of best price) And they finished the whole job on ~3 hours with quality work. I watched the whole process. I can see they are all seasoned workers. So my advise : 1, No need to choose big/famous company unless you wanna pay more : they hired phone lady and rent offices, adding overall cost on your payment. You get the same service and quality; 2, Almost all rain gutter are using the same materials, same procedure, no need to worry about quality because materials cost is very low in your payment. 3, find a long history and most commented company with the best price. One thing I have to mention is that we have some disagreement on the final price. And Greg agreed on my price which maybe lower than average market price (I have collected several quotes).
