Hire these guys - trust me!! We've worked with different contractors before (not always a good experience) and these guys were awesome! To start, Steve came to our home a few weeks ago and after reviewing our property, gave us a folder with a little biography, along with a quote and a color chart. Right away, everything felt extremely professional and homely. I could tell by the folder and the way he described his company that he is passionate about what he does. He also mentioned that his two sons handle the installations, which I thought was great since it was a family run business. Initially, we had actually agreed to go with another company until I realized the other company's license was suspended because both their worker's comp and insurance expired. When I checked The Gutter Connection's license, I saw that there had NEVER been a lapse in insurance or workers' comp, which pretty much sealed the deal for me. We scheduled an appointment, and Steve's sons arrived today. They were polite, well dressed, and professional. My husband and I were happy right away. During the job, they pointed out that one of the original plans for diverting water wouldn't work as expected. We agreed upon an alternative and it turned out beautifully. After the work was done, we walked around the house and were thrilled with how clean, seamless, and beautiful everything looked. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. The previous gutter company did not install the gutters properly so they always had water sitting in them that eventually started leaking a constant drip down the side of the house. This was my first time getting rain gutters on my home. I was very nervous because I'm a first time home owner and a woman. But, Steve the owner came out to my house and did the estimate for me while I was at work, so I didn't even have to be there! I called them to set up an appointment for an estimate. Initially, I was immediately hung up on because the relay interpreter (deaf person here) was trying to inform the caller that I was deaf. So, I called again and told them that they hung up on me and asked for an estimate. The person on the other end said they had "things going on" and would text me later to set up a time when they were in the area. So, I waited an hour before I decided to work out (without my phone) and I missed the text by 40 minutes. So, I texted back apologizing for missing the text and was told that they had come by and took a look. Then they gave me an estimate for ~$295 without me discussing the specs of the job with them (it was more complicated than a down sprout). They asked me to come by VERY EARLY in the morning. I told them the earliest I could do was 8AM. So, we agreed on 8AM. At 7:25AM, I took my dog for a walk and returned home at exactly 7:58AM...waited outside until 8:02AM then texted them asking them to let me know when they got here. They texted back saying they already stopped by earlier and were no longer interested. This business should schedule appointments and stick to agreed upon meeting times. I made it explicitly clear that I had to be TEXTED to answer the door. Partly my fault for missing the first "unscheduled" meeting, but the 2nd one...I was there at the agreed upon time waiting. read more

Steve and crew just finished installing raingutters on my house. The price was competitive and the job was done right. They also fixed some of the downspout connections, and installed shields where the roof valleys drain to keep water from overflowing the gutter -- without me asking. They were in and out in a few hours and you wouldn't have even known they there if it weren't for the great-looking new raingutters. read more
