I really loved the company in the beginning but I guess once I became dependent on their service, I realized I was not treated as a valued customer. This company was great to work with. I was quite a pain after placing my initial order because I made a couple of modifications on my order on two different days that required refunds. I emailed them with the requests and they very quickly responded and refunded the money within a day or two of the requests. They also readily applied a coupon that I received after I placed my order and refunded that money. I ordered a total of 18 fish and 30 shrimp and they all arrived healthy (couldn't really count the shrimp:) and there were actually 21 fish delivered.
