The brewery provides indoor & outdoor seating but inside was very tight on a rainy day. Standing room only for many patrons. Full selection of Tree House beers and canned cocktails. There's a bunch of outdoor seating (which is kind of shaded, but was still sooo hot in July), a really cool tap room upstairs, and one of the best brewery merch stores I've seen on the ground floor. We visited on 4th of July weekend, so the minimal parking next the brewery was totally full. Luckily, there's an overflow lot with a shuttle van about 5 minutes down the road. It was pretty tricky to find however, so be sure to ask the staff in the on-site parking lot for specific directions if you need to get there. They serve all the same great beer you expect from Tree House, plus they have a nice little cocktail bar outside, so there's something for everyone. I really liked the Cape Hound and the Rum Punch. They also have great pizzas and lobster rolls, which are a bit pricey but worth the splurge in my opinion. You can also pick up cans to go here, and because Tree House doesn't distribute otherwise, that's a huge win for any locals in the area. Great spot to visit on your trip to Cape Cod. We'll be back!

The guys kibitzed for awhile with the father. Low and behold, we walk into Lucky Goat and there he is behind the counter! Small world. It wasn't busy. We were just passing through to get to a friends outing in the Cape. My husband drank one beer and then bought more to go. I enjoyed talking to our new found friend as they were bottling and adding labels to beer. I got a little education on the process. They were getting ready for a chaity event later that night. They have a private building that host probably 50 people on the first floor. Their regular garage holds. 100 it has live music tonight. I'm not sure if that's cause it's Friday, the weekend or both but it's really cool and then it's just a great night. The weather is fantastic. People are really on top of things. There's a food truck called gnarly vines. I will be reviewing them. Another post definitely worth a trip down. It's really not that far. We've have been Wrenthem so it was about 50 minutes. Traffic was kinda bad so that was the reason why I that would probably be about 35 minutes from Wrentham to here.

Second Wind Brewing is a craft brewery that opened in Plymouth, Massachusetts in May 2018. It was…read morefounded by homebrewing friends J.R. Shepard, Ken Semcken, and Hans Terbush. The three partners would spend weekends together homebrewing with friends and fine-tuning their beer. Terbush became a certified beer server and Semcken and Shepard passed the exam to become certified Cicerones (the beer equivalent of a wine sommelier). Eventually, they wanted to open their own brick & mortar brewery. Second Hand's small taproom and outdoor beer garden opened on Howland Street in 2018. The popularity of their beer soon took off, and in 2020 their 3 1/2-barrel system was upgraded to a 7-barrel system. An even larger secondary taproom with a full kitchen opened down the street at 11 Main Street in December 2025. While most of the brewing operations still continue at the original Howland Street location, customers can enjoy more space and a delicious menu of food curated by Chef Stephen Coe at the Main Street location. Coe is locally famous for his Lobsta Love food trucks and nationally known for his win against celebrity chef Bobby Flay on the Food Network's "Chopped: Beat Bobby Flay."  I recently visited both of Second Wind Brewing's locations while I was in Plymouth for the day. After checking out a couple of other breweries in town, I headed for the Howland Street taproom. Things are a little smaller here, but they offer a more intimate experience. The outdoor patio seating is a nice place to kick back on a warm weather day. I pulled up a seat at the bar and enjoyed a can pour of "Cent'anni" (Italian Pilsner), followed by a draught pour of "Four the Shore" [2026] (Session New England IPA). The pilsner was crisp and refreshing while the IPA was light with nice notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Afterwards, I made a short walk down the street to the larger taproom. It was much more spacious here and there were some flatsceen TVs playing sports games. I pulled up a seat at the bar and looked over the food menu. I ordered the "Pork Belly & Mozzarella Arancini" (served with/ romesco, arugula & cheese sauce) and the "Buffalo Chicken Caesar Wrap" (Romaine Caesar dressing, blue cheese croutons) with "Sidewinder Fries". The food was excellent! I washed it down with a draught pour of "Buckshot" (Hazy IPA). verall, I had an enjoyable experience at both locations and I would definitley return to either one the next time I'm in Plymouth!
