She was super quick to respond to our emails and questions, very friendly, and very competent. We also liked the majority of teachers that we met who interacted with our child. The only complaint we made during our time there was that during drop-off and pick-up things always seemed a bit more hectic than they needed to be -- it seemed like having another teacher in there during that time would have helped. The other challenge was teacher turnover, though I imagine this is fairly common at any daycare center. Of the 12 or so teachers we met, five moved on in the year that we were there. Luckily they ended up being replaced by other great teachers. Our only reason for leaving is that a 10% discount on two children was still much higher than us just hiring a nanny.

If Joanie doesn't have an answer or a solution she takes the time to find out what avenues or people need to be involved to solve the problem. First off want to say that there are some great people working for this company. I send my kids to…read moreall of their programs (after school, summer and other camps). However, I've noticed a decline lately in the quality of care my kids are getting. I'm not sure why this is the case, but both my wife and I have noticed this. Part of it is, as the kids get older, the personnel they hire for the job to take care of kids that age seems to change. Additionally, I've found them to be quite rigid in policy and have some pretty antiquated bookkeeping/processing. For instance, for every different program you enter (which could be up to 4 or 5 a year) you have to fill out the same paperwork, the same payment options, and then pay a $55 administration fee each time per child. It's a little ridiculous. They have all of this on file already, and doing this for 2 kids, it's a bit much (usually about 8-10 pages of forms which don't change).
