Same guy sitting on the same machine looking at the same dumb phone before and after my 30 min run today. It's ridiculous. Staff is disinterested, checked out, and barely there. Wake up Management!

I literally showed Silvana, the awful, uncaring, unintelligent, clueless, checked-out waste of space of a program director screenshots of fellow volleyball players literally cyber-bullying me and she and her equally as scummy and dead-inside manager clearly didn't care and said their policy against cyber-bullying only applies to youth programs. Hopefully they'll get fired for being horrible at their jobs one day, but for now I highly recommend staying away from this hellhole.

I also really appreciate their policy about allowing parents to be present, but only in encouraging and supportive ways. I heard of one Dad who was telling his kid if he didn't get in the pool, he'd push him in! The poor kid seemed so scared, and this dad's way of literally pushing his kid through fear is not only totally counterproductive, but it stresses out all the other kids too. Thankfully, the BSS owner handles these types of situations well so the swim teachers can be free to work their magic with the kids in a safe, fun, tried, and true way! In a world full of competition, living in the black and white of contract terms when a family is forced to relocate temporarily across the country, will create for short term income in the form of a "cancellation fee", but a long term loss in the form of a family who will never return. As a former customer who has influence in the fitness industry, I will shed light to these issues and advise others to not join due to lack of flexibility from leadership. The club is nice visually and the equipment is good, but relationships with customers is what creates loyalty, when there are 10 other gyms in town with equally nice equipment. The best customer service doesn't just please people. It makes the business stronger, smarter, and more sustainable.

Highly talented staff and a majority of town sponsored school Gymnastics come here to use their facilities. Decent sized waiting room with vending machines, viewing window and two bathrooms. This is a great 'hosting school' with small invitationals. Internet is public too! They also have Cable Tv/DVD for younger 'uninterested' kids. You would think these would be checked daily by staff, but not! They are too busy at the front desk with their noses in their phones. Monday, no paper towels to wipe equipment ( 3 stations spray bottles only). Picture of treadmill , this is what many of the treadmills look like! Management needs to fix this place up!
