When we sold our home, they gave the new home owner access to our account and all of our financial information. We saw a credit card charge show up and when we inquired about it, we were told that it was procedure to change the name on the account and leave all financial and private customer information on the account. For over a month now, I've fought with them for a refund and the credit card company is even having trouble. It's been a nightmare to deal with and maybe a bad review will wake them up. If you are a customer who may be moving and selling your home with your hot tub, beware! You may want to cancel your credit card accounts before they give your info away.

Also if you have an issue, have fun calling into a corporate call center where no one speaks English hardly. You can't even cancel an appointment with your local branch. You have to call in to a call center! so over companies like this! stick with your local pool companies where you will be way happier!

He was very easy to work with, has an excellent crew, and is very knowledgeable about pool placement, drainage, construction, etc. Jason works, inspects, and is on site continually throughout the process.
