He instructed us that we needed to get back with the company to have them get in contact with our home warranty to fix the hole. The receptionist that answered the phone was rude, unprofessional and not knowledgeable about the procedure that needed to be done with correcting and completing the services. Everytime I would call and speak with her the response would be " we finished our part, there is nothing else for us to do!" Its sad that I was at work and was listening to a coworker complain about the professionalism of the same lady just a few days ago. Phone etiquette needs to be practiced!!

It's reasonable to expect to be told the full structure (dispatch + diagnostic + separate repair quote) during scheduling so you can make an informed decision. I usually don't write reviews, but I am compelled to write this review today. I had a scheduled appointment for somebody to take a look at my home regarding electrical switches that were no longer working. The technician did show up, and I acknowledged the $79 dispatch fee. He came in and took a few pictures and then came back to me and told me I needed to pay an additional $255 for him to be able to find out what's wrong. This approach seems so absurd and ridiculous. Lee Company has never done so in all seven years that I've used them. This is the first time, and I'm very disappointed. They could've been much better in their approach. This gimmick here allows them to pad their wallets with both $79 and $255 all at once. What doesn't make sense is that after charging me this amount they would then tell me what it would cost to repair it. What if they tell me that the cost to repair it is $1000? So now I'm out $255 plus $79 if I choose not to proceed. Instead of utilizing these gimmicks, would it not just make sense for them to simply tell people when they're making the appointments that it's not just a $79 fee for dispatch, it's $79 plus $255 for them to actually look at what's going on? It is just sad and disappointing. I think you all should know before you call Lee Company for any work that this is what they are now doing. When I told the technician that I was going to write this review, he said he would just not even charge me the $79, which I don't really care about. I'm happy to pay this stupid $79, but I am so disappointed because it's a waste of my time. They could do better than that.

The initial two technicians who came were very nice, very honest and gave us a fair price for the repair. All that remained was for a person to come and complete the tile work. We were promised and set up an appointment days in advance to have the technician come at 8 AM. I received a call about 10 AM saying they had had a problem with the truck and had to take it back for repair. Understandable. However, at 1 PM still no one had come and no one had called. When my wife called to check, someone said that they had come to the gate of our gated community and did not receive any notice so they went away. They did not try to call me, the gate automatically caused my phone. Being in the hospital, I had nothing to do but answer a phone.. They did not try to call my wife. I am in the hospital having to deal with this stress. I had canceled my subscription with Lee Company once before, due to a concern over high pricing of parts that could be found at 1/3 the price.. This company, and these technicians knew of the predicament my wife and I were in. They did little to make things right. Consequently, the technician is now supposed to come the next day. Never mind that my wife had rearranged her life so that she could come tend to me at the hospital but other things as well so that she could be present when they arrived. This is typical of a fly-by-night company not someone with the reputation that Lee Company supposedly enjoys. Even if you reconfirm appointments, sometimes they don't come and they don't call.

The entire experience was great, top to bottom. My call was answered promptly, Mark (the owner of the company) patiently heard me explain my dilemma, and without judgment told me someone would be sent out to help within an hour. Not even 40 minutes later, Mark was at my door to asses the problem with my sink and garbage disposal. He wore shoe covers in my home, and kept all work areas clean and tidy. In minutes he had the problem fully diagnosed and had it all sorted out shortly after. He also gave me some recommendations for continuing garbage disposal maintenance. In the past, I've had repairmen be rude or ridicule for mistakes I've made with appliances, and this was the exact opposite experience. Thanks, Prodigy!
