Since moving to the NE part of Nashville, I have been looking for a massage spot to call my own. While walk-in places are great, I enjoy a good appointment and on the day that I was in need, LJY was had availability and the option to book online. It was mid-afternoon on a Friday, so I had the place to myself and the masseur was working alone for majority of our session. I went with the Combination B, which was 60 minute table and 30 minute foot. The massages were great, pressure was spot on and all the trouble areas were handled. My only gripe is that the masseuse had to leave the room and massage on several occasions due to lobby traffic. This took away from being able to fully disconnect and relax for a solid 90 minutes. Overall, I am undecided on my return. I enjoyed, but the mental part of a massage is just as important as the physical for me.

Even if I was refunded my money, I'd still need the fix for the immediate hair plus 2 years of ongoing maintenance color. This is literally a cost to me of over $1k plus the hours and hours I will have to commit to it again. My hair feels like straw, when it was very healthy going in. Plus, there's just the fact that I'm old. 2 years is significant. I am furious. More so at the management than the stylist. This was her first day...part of the reason for 4 hours. She had to continually leave me to go consult with others. Somebody that new, that timid, and with that many questions needed someone with her, assisting. I deserved that. She deserved that. WORST.SALON.EXPERIENCE.EVER!
