Eugene is not only a honest, hard-working, and kind person, he is naturally talented at being handy - I must hand it to him. I ventured to install a Japanese Toto automatic robotic toilet on a pre-existing custom Italian toilet- a difficult feat. Not only did Eugene go out of his way late at night to venture to Home Depot to custom build a connective tube (to save me the hassle of paying through the roof for a custom piece from Toto), he also paid a ridiculously high cost of parking on a Giants game day and did not complain at all. He toiled for two days to install the toilet and did it with skill, grace and raw human kindness that is difficult to find these days. I hired Eugene to fix an original sub-par installation of our dishwasher (by another party), which was leaking due the door not being able to properly close. I had a lot of trouble getting a handyman who could come out promptly (handyman shortage!), but Eugene was able to come out the same day to take a look. Even though he was just "taking a look" he came prepared with all the right supplies so he could fix it on the spot. I had already had a diagnostic completed by another company, who had diagnosed the issue and offered a solution which I needed Eugene to complete. He offered to fix it for their original solution, and also came up with an easier/faster solution which ended up saving us 50% of the repair cost.
