I ventured to install a Japanese Toto automatic robotic toilet on a pre-existing custom Italian toilet- a difficult feat. Not only did Eugene go out of his way late at night to venture to Home Depot to custom build a connective tube (to save me the hassle of paying through the roof for a custom piece from Toto), he also paid a ridiculously high cost of parking on a Giants game day and did not complain at all. He toiled for two days to install the toilet and did it with skill, grace and raw human kindness that is difficult to find these days. Eugene and Alex were great. I had them replace a bedroom door. Home Depot cut the door in the wrong dimensions and Alex was there to deal with it and then pick up the correct door 4 weeks later. The door arrived and they were able to switch it out and paint. Door looks great! They were also able to do other small caulking repairs around the house. I hired Eugene to fix an original sub-par installation of our dishwasher (by another party), which was leaking due the door not being able to properly close. I had a lot of trouble getting a handyman who could come out promptly (handyman shortage!), but Eugene was able to come out the same day to take a look. Even though he was just "taking a look" he came prepared with all the right supplies so he could fix it on the spot. I had already had a diagnostic completed by another company, who had diagnosed the issue and offered a solution which I needed Eugene to complete.
