I call the insurance company (USAA) and police and get everything sorted in about 15 minutes. Shortly thereafter, Barry's shop calls, sees my car, takes care of all the insurance silliness, and repair my window. I initially thought it would be around $700 or so, ended up being $250, and it works as good as new. The electronic controls to adjust it, everything works just as well as before. The service was friendly, fast, and honestly, the best automotive repair I have ever had. It sucks being in an accident, its nice having good service to make things sting a little less.

They immediately started the ball rolling by contacting my insurance Co. and getting all the red tape business taken care of. I didn't have to take time out of work to stay by the phone making arrangements and telling the same story over and over again. Once the damage was assessed and a dollar figure was settled on the work began. The end results was better than I hoped for. The car looked like it just rolled off the dealer's lot when I picked it up. It even had the new car smell. Don't bother shopping around. Crown Collision is the best around period.

When you get great customer service and deal with an excellent employee it makes it seem a bit easier. TBH my car ended up being totaled - so I didn't need their services for repair. But - when I dropped my car off I got these emails with updates and an estimate of the cost almost immediately. I think that was most impressive for me - I'm not big on talking on the phone, so to get that information electronically was super convenient for me. I definitely would recommend.
