I call the insurance company (USAA) and police and get everything sorted in about 15 minutes. Shortly thereafter, Barry's shop calls, sees my car, takes care of all the insurance silliness, and repair my window. I initially thought it would be around $700 or so, ended up being $250, and it works as good as new. The electronic controls to adjust it, everything works just as well as before. The service was friendly, fast, and honestly, the best automotive repair I have ever had. It sucks being in an accident, its nice having good service to make things sting a little less.

He was sensitive, personable, and competent. He offered several options. I chose a less expensive one because I didn't want to go through insurance and I plan to keep the car. Plus, I can't stand to be without transportation. The work done was truly incredible! The amount estimated was the exact amount charged. Service was provided while I waited. The waiting area is quite comfortable with reading materials and snacks. I am truly grateful.

They immediately started the ball rolling by contacting my insurance Co. and getting all the red tape business taken care of. I didn't have to take time out of work to stay by the phone making arrangements and telling the same story over and over again. Once the damage was assessed and a dollar figure was settled on the work began. The end results was better than I hoped for. The car looked like it just rolled off the dealer's lot when I picked it up. It even had the new car smell. Don't bother shopping around. Crown Collision is the best around period.

Excellent customer service, good quality, and the cleanest car repair place I've seen-especially their parking lot and building which fits in Ivey to the mostly residential area.
