We have two and a half bathrooms, so I decided to have all three flappers replaced in order to avoid future problems. Nick insisted on inspecting all three toilets before starting. Nick also stated that any repairs would not be guaranteed. That should have been a tip off. By the time he finished, two of the toilets were replaced and one was repaired. The bill was $3906 Instead of a couple of hundred dollars. Since I'm 90, I've gotten a bit slow but at least I don't fall for the internet scams.

It turned out that our water heater was broken and leaking. He quickly pumped all of the water out of the tank and off the floor. The next morning at 8am they came by to put in a new water heater. By noon, they were done with the installation of a larger water heater which required a new vent and a small amount of plumbing work. They were very tidy and cleaned up all the debris. The price was extremely reasonable. They were also very personable and professional.
