Today is 2-16-18 and they are still struggling with FILING a claim for a procedure that I had in July of 2017. I have called innumerable times over a period of 5 1/2 months and spoken to a roster of 10 people, even escalating to the "customer service supervisor". And now they are telling me that there is also a problem with the imaging I had done in October. I had big, ugly shoulder surgery with multiple "vendors" involved and the ONLY one of them that has had a problem filing any of the 57 claims related to that surgery is Georgetown Imaging. 2 out of 57 claims with problems. 2 claims from Georgetown Imaging. Don't. Do. It.

She also explained everything, just like he did, but for some reason a calmness came over me. Don't get me wrong, I couldn't wait for it to be done and it went over without a hitch. Then I went to the x-ray room. The girl took four x-rays in 2 or 3 minutes. She didn't have to read anything to know what to do, and she knew what positions I had to be in for the proper x-rays. She floated around like a little dove. This was the first time I enjoyed getting x-rays. I don't want to leave out the two girls at the front desk. As soon as I walked in I started to tell them my name and why I was there, but before I even started with my last name the girl gave me some paperwork that I had to fill out, since I was a new patient. Their kindness was explosive. Longhorn Imaging in Kyle is not your average Medical Facility. It's friendly, caring, and everyone knows their job like they know their name. These people are absolute professionals and they treated me like royalty.
