While I understand that policy, the problem was that customer service is nearly impossible to reach. Phone calls go unanswered, and emails are not responded to in a timely manner. On Day 3, after finally making contact, I was granted a one-week extension to pick up my items. Based on that assurance, I made the trip to both the Henderson and North Las Vegas locations the very next day. Neither location had my items available, despite the extension that had been approved. I later learned that my items had been relisted and resold. Not only did Mac.Bid keep my payment, but they also kept the proceeds from reselling the same items. To make matters worse, my account was suspended during this process. This issue has now dragged on for weeks. Customer service still has not provided a meaningful response, and when I speak with managers at the pickup locations, they simply tell me to contact customer service. They acknowledge that customer service is difficult to reach and often does not respond, yet no one is willing or able to resolve the issue. I followed the instructions given to me, obtained an approved extension, and made multiple attempts to retrieve my items. Instead, my items were resold, my money was kept, my account was suspended, and I have been left without answers.
